According to information shared by PPE, Sony is reportedly developing an updated version of the DualSense controller. Internally referred to as “DualSense V3”, this new controller is expected to be largely similar to the existing models. However, a key improvement will be a removable battery – a first for PlayStation controllers. Reports suggest the new DualSense will launch in November 2025, alongside the anticipated new PS5 Pro console. More details are expected to emerge closer to the release date.
