In this incident, Ridge Holland performed an overhead belly-to-belly suplex on Big E, causing him to land on his head and fracture vertebrae C1 and C6 in his neck. Fortunately, there were no ligament or spinal cord injuries, and he didn’t need surgery for recovery. However, Big E has expressed caution about returning to the ring, viewing any physical involvement as a risk or gamble.
