Like the classic game *Banjo-Kazooie*, *Yooka-Laylee* sends players on an adventure through colorful worlds, collecting items to open up new areas. You can transform into all sorts of things – a powerful bulldozer, a school of fish, even a pirate ship with a flamethrower! Plus, you can customize the two main characters with different outfits and looks.

Ari Gibson and William Pellen have described *Hollow Knight: Silksong* as a challenging game, but one that allows players more flexibility in how they tackle those challenges. Gibson explained that it’s acceptable if players spend a long time on a difficult part, as they can reduce the difficulty through exploration, learning new skills, or even finding ways to bypass the challenge altogether, instead of being completely stuck.

Nintendo Still Has 3 Huge Games Releasing Before the End of 2025 (& 1 Is a Switch 2 Exclusive)

The Nintendo Switch 2 released with the new *Mario Kart World*, which has done fairly well. However, many players are eager for more new games from Nintendo. A few months later, Nintendo released *Donkey Kong Bonanza*, adding to the limited number of games only available on the Switch 2. Because there haven’t been many Switch 2 games yet, some people found the recent Nintendo Direct presentation disappointing. But don’t count out 2025 – several major games are still planned for the Nintendo console.

The DCU Just Rewrote The Origin of a Batman Character (& Removed the Dark Knight Entirely)

Season 2 of *Peacemaker* introduces Sasha Bordeaux (played by Sol Rodríguez) as a key member of ARGUS, reporting directly to the new director, Rick Flag Sr. (Frank Grillo). She’s in charge of the continuing effort to monitor Christopher Smith (John Cena). Comic book fans will recognize Sasha Bordeaux as a character with a complicated past – she’s trained by Batman, worked with and against Amanda Waller, and underwent a transformation that made her part human, part machine. While many expected her appearance to be a simple reference to Batman’s world, the show is now establishing a new, separate origin story for her. Be warned: Spoilers ahead for Peacemaker Season 2, Episode 5.
