Over the weekend, San Diego Comic-Con occurred, and during their Hall H panel on Saturday evening, Marvel Studios captivated fans with a sneak peek into four upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe films: “Captain America: New Frontier”, “Thunderbolts”*, “The Fantastic Four: First Footsteps”, and “Avengers: Doomsday”. Although it was expected that the sequel to Captain America and “Thunderbolts”* would be showcased, many were taken aback as the event included footage of the long-awaited Fantastic Four movie. The cast members, Pedro Pascal (playing Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby (Sue Storm/Invisible Woman), Joseph Quinn (Johnny Storm/The Human Torch), and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Ben Grimm/The Thing) joined in from London where the film is currently being filmed. Although it appears that some footage has already been shot, Marvel Studios only recently announced the official start of production for this movie.
