Last summer, WWE held a highly profitable “Money in the Bank” Premium Live Event in London, attracting over 18,000 spectators. Surprisingly, John Cena made an appearance and hinted at the possibility of London hosting the first international “WrestleMania.” This intriguing prospect became more plausible as London Mayor Sadiq Khan expressed his strong desire to bring “WrestleMania” to the city back in April. Recently, WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque and President Nick Khan had discussions with Khan about the potential future of WWE events in London.

For two years, fans have eagerly anticipated the third Deadpool movie featuring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. Following the emotional and satisfying send-off of Jackman’s Wolverine in “Logan” (2017), where he tragically died, fans were concerned about how this new film would address the events of that film without tarnishing its legacy. In the new movie, Deadpool & Wolverine, Jackman’s return is skillfully integrated while also allowing the iconic character to peacefully depart from the storyline. While there are some light-hearted references to “Logan,” the film sensitively handles this delicate balance. The San Diego Comic-Con 2024 has kicked off with excitement, and during this annual pop culture gathering, Wizards of the Coast unveiled a new line of Dungeons & Dragons LEGO minifigures. These figures bring twelve iconic characters from the fantasy worlds to life in LEGO form. Some of the revealed figures include Strahd von Zarovich and more. The release of these figurines is scheduled for September 1st, but fans can already pre-order them on the LEGO website.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, the anticipated shooter game from Ukrainian developer GSC Game World, has experienced numerous hurdles on its path to release. Announced in 2010, the project has faced challenges including layoffs, a company rebrand, and the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Consequently, it came as no shock when delays were announced for this complex production. Originally slated for launch on September 5th, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is now set to be released on November 20th.

As a dedicated gamer and long-time fan of the Deadpool universe, I’m thrilled that the day has finally arrived for the release of the much-anticipated third Deadpool movie! Developer Jagex recently announced that the comic book teaser from last year’s Titan Free Comic Book Day edition will soon become a reality. Consequently, RuneScape is set to launch a new comic book series later this year, with an extra-sized Issue #1 debuting in October.
