For over a year, Lashley has been part of the SmackDown roster, teaming up with The Street Profits to create a stable named The Pride. Together, they defeated The Final Testament at WrestleMania 40. However, their success hasn’t led to many opportunities since then. In fact, Lashley has only had six matches post-WrestleMania 40 and none since May 5th. He was initially scheduled to join the King of the Ring tournament but was forced to withdraw due to injury.
