To initiate this mission, you need to give Shcherba the scientific documents that you found during the “In Search of Past Glory” quest. In this mission, your task is to collect five additional collars from mutants within the Zone. Once you’ve gathered them all, you’ll need to enter another abandoned structure in order for the device to function properly.
