Kanon for Switch update to add English and Simplified Chinese language support on December 5
Starting from December 5, 2023, the Switch adaptation of the romance visual novel “Kanon” released in Japan on April 20, will receive updates featuring English and Simplified Chinese language options. Moreover, the opening movie will be accessible in all three languages: English, Japanese, and Simplified Korean, as announced by its publisher PROTOTYPE.
Infinity Nikki ‘Behind-the-Scenes: The Grand Millewish Tree Silently Grows’ documentary
Infold Games’ publisher and developer Papergames have made available for free a 25-minute behind-the-scenes film, called “The Grand Millewish Tree Quietly Expands,” about the open-world dress-up adventure game, Infinity Nikki.
Neko Odyssey launches December 16
The fun-filled, relaxed cat photography game named Neko Odyssey is set to release on December 16th for PC via Steam at a price of $19.99, €19.50 or 2,200 yen. This announcement comes from publishers Flyhigh Works and developers Secret Character.
Blindfire Early Access for PS5 launches November 21
Beginning on November 21, the multiplayer first-person shooter “Blindfire” for PlayStation 5 will debut as an Early Access release, according to its developers Double Eleven. From this date up until December 9, gamers can enjoy a 10% discount off the game’s price.
Xbox Cloud Gaming beta for select owned games now available for TVs and browsers
In a recent announcement, Microsoft revealed that Xbox Cloud Gaming, allowing play of certain owned games, is now in beta testing exclusively for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. As of now, it can be accessed through TVs and web browsers on compatible devices such as smartphones, PCs, tablets, and more, across the 28 countries where Xbox Cloud Gaming is supported. By 2025, this service will also be available on Xbox consoles and the Xbox app for Windows.
