The initial team members at Tribute Games all contributed to the initial video game adaptation of ‘Scott Pilgrim‘ before establishing the studio in 2011. Getting back to this universe seems like an organic progression for us. This game embodies camaraderie, our affection for gaming, music, and smashing robots with a volleyball. According to Round8 Studio’s game director Jiwon Choi in a statement, “Lies of P” marked a significant first appearance for our team, and it seemed appropriate to further develop the narrative we’ve created in an impressive manner during Summer Game Fest with an unexpected simultaneous release on all platforms.
