As a die-hard fan of Chainsaw Man, I can confidently say that the latest developments in the manga have left me absolutely spellbound! The War Devil’s transformation into a formidable force is nothing short of breathtaking. With the Tank Devil as her left arm and the Gun Devil as her right, she’s become a powerhouse that could very well give Denji a run for his money.
Despite a pause in the airing of “Chainsaw Man” anime, the manga is still publishing fresh chapters every week. Lately, poor Denji has been dealing with turmoil as the Chainsaw Devil goes berserk due to a terrible event. With Pochita back and many, including friends and foes, attempting to halt Denji, Asa Mikata seems to have the best odds among them all. The current War Devil needs new limbs to stand a chance against the Chainsaw Devil, and thanks to acquiring them, Yoru might be the strongest devil out there.
Hey there fellow gamer! Just wanted to give you a heads-up if you haven’t read the latest Chainsaw Man manga chapter (176). We’re about to delve into some spoiler territory. Denji’s new power is causing quite a stir as he’s been taking out some major devils, which leads to an unforeseen consequence – parts of humans start disappearing, like the Ear Devil and Mouth Devil’s body parts vanishing from humanity altogether. Even Asa jumped at the chance to join forces with Katana Man and Famine to tackle the Chainsaw Devil, but they couldn’t make it happen. The primordial fear and katana-wielding devil were both brought to their knees, but the War Devil had a secret weapon up her sleeve.
The War Devil Arms Herself
To defeat Denji, Asa resorts to drastic measures by summoning her “progeny.” Being the War Devil, the Gun Devil and Tank Devil are considered her offspring, giving her control over them and a readiness to leverage their power against the Chasinaw Devil. The Tank Devil now serves as her left arm, while the Gun Devil takes on the role of her right arm. Utilizing her newly enhanced might, the War Devil swiftly disintegrates several of Denji’s limbs with her formidable attacks.
Why Is Yoru Now The Strongest?
For those who may not have followed the initial story of Chainsaw Man, the Gun Devil was introduced as the main antagonist in its early chapters. With the power to destroy entire cities, villages, and towns across the globe, the Gun Devil became a formidable enemy due to humanity’s deep-seated fear of guns. Since a gun is classified as a weapon of war, it can be wielded by the War Devil if necessary.
In addition to harnessing the strength of the Gun Devil in one hand, Asa can now summon the power of the Tank Devil with her other hand. This means that Asa has merged with two of the world’s most powerful devils, and given that there are likely more war-based devils out there, it is quite possible that this isn’t even Asa’s ultimate form. With a single blow, she caused significant harm to Denji, which could be advantageous for the War Devil.
When Will Asa Arrive in The Anime?
It appears that fans of “Chainsaw Man” may need to be patient as Asa’s first appearance is not imminent. With many chapters left to adapt for the small screen and considering the amount of work yet to be done by Studio MAPPA, it could take years before we see the War Devil gracefully animating her moves.
