The model who is the eldest child from the former relationship between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, opted for a plastic surgery procedure on August 2nd, in order to correct what she referred to as her previously drooping nose.
For the last five years, Sami, aged 20, expressed in a TikTok post on August 13 that she’s been considering getting a rhinoplasty, as she found her natural nose unflattering when captured in photos.
Sharing both pre-and post-procedure pictures, she added, “I was both incredibly anxious and thrilled at the same time.”
As reported by Sami, her operation conducted by Dr. Deepak Dugar in Los Angeles was a success, although she experienced severe queasiness due to the anesthesia and painkillers post-surgery.
2 days into the recovery process, she posted an image of her bandaged face, expressing that she feels reborn already and is incredibly joyful for finally achieving her desired nose.
On previous occasions, Sami has had surgical procedures; specifically, she had a breast augmentation surgery done in November with the intent of enhancing her chest size.

When she turned 35 in May of the same year, she posted a video on Instagram looking back at her earlier appearance, commenting, “Wow, check out those old photos! That face was quite something.”
