Christina Haack Says Ex Josh Hall Asked for $65,000 Spousal Support

As I delve deeper into the captivating tale of Christina Hall and Josh Hall, it seems their journey is as unpredictable as a rollercoaster ride at an amusement park. From the serene shores of Hawaii to the sun-kissed beaches of Maui, these two have woven a love story that’s as beautiful as a tropical sunset and as intriguing as a mystery novel.

Christina Haack and Josh Hall’s divorce has taken a new turn.

In simpler terms, the former star of “Flip or Flop” is criticizing her separated spouse for demanding a supposedly excessive amount in alimony, and she’s also attacking her ex-husband for allegedly making this demand through his real estate profession.

According to court documents acquired by People, Josh Hall is asking for $65,000 per month in alimony from Christina, based on their 2 year and 9 month marriage. However, it’s considered excessive given that he is financially independent.

In the documents, Christina stated that she has a 14-year-old daughter Taylor and a 9-year-old son Brayden with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, along with a 5-year-old son Hudson from her relationship with Ant Anstead. Moreover, she asserted that her former partner recently paid off a lease on a Bentley to the tune of $70,000, suggesting he no longer requires spousal support because of this financial capability.

On social media, Josh countered the assertion, specifically targeting Matthew S. DeArmey, Christina’s attorney, by suggesting that the court document contained untruths and unwarranted presumptions.

In a post on his Instagram story on October 16, Josh stated something along the lines of: “It’s intriguing that someone who is a practicing attorney and has sworn an oath of integrity would make clearly untrue statements before a judge. I believe this action goes against ethical standards.

In an interview with TopMob News, attorney Sara Yunus described Christina’s statement as a “twisting of reality,” asserting that her legal representation had “significantly misinterpreted the conditions of a private settlement proposal.

In essence, the statement indicates that Josh proposed to forgo alimony as part of an overall agreement, which Christina declined. However, Christina portrayed his proposal in a way that made it seem like Josh was acting unfairly or unreasonably.

She determined that Josh won’t tolerate Christina’s persistent bullying via the court of public opinion, especially since she spreads falsehoods.

I, as a dedicated follower, have reached out to Christina’s representative and legal team regarding the recent filing, but they have yet to provide a comment or respond to my inquiries about Josh’s statement.

Previously wedded duo mutually sought divorce in July, concluding almost three years of matrimony. In individual court submissions made public by TopMob News then, Josh petitioned for alimony (though the specific sum was not specified), while Christina advocated against granting either party alimony.

Another point of contention in the split is the exes’ $4.5 million farmhouse in Tennessee.

Josh asserted that he had a temporary understanding with the HGTV star, under which he could reside in the house when it wasn’t being rented out. However, court documents suggest that she listed the house for sale despite his protests, as reported by People. As stated by the publication, Christina contends that she provided adequate and timely notice before placing the property up for sale.
