Christina Haack is feeling lighter than a feather following her split from Josh Hall.
This week, the star from HGTV had a new tattoo connected to her former partner covered up, sharing the experience through posts on social media.
She titled an Instagram Story video showing the fourth attempt at tattoo removal from her wrist, an infinity symbol being zapped by a laser on January 21st, as “Fourth time’s a treat (for tattoo elimination)”. “Feels fantastic burning,” she said.
In addition, Christina called out to her doctor, expressing gratitude by saying, “Thanks a lot, Dr. Jonathan Zelken, for consistently providing excellent care for me.
Instead of selecting just any tune, the 41-year-old opted for a meaningful one to accompany their post: “Feather” by Sabrina Carpenter. This song functions as an empowering farewell ballad towards an ex, encapsulating the essence in lyrics such as, “I’ve blocked you now, after this, just a passing thought / I’ve finally moved on / I feel so light, like a feather, with you off my mind.
In a twist of events, Christina recently got rid of her second tattoo linked to Josh, making it two instances now. Last year, the television personality underwent several laser treatments to erase a ring tattoo on her left hand’s ring finger as well. Much like the current process, she openly shared this experience on various social media platforms.
The latest news arrives amidst the continuous legal battle of their divorce, as Christina, who has children Taylor (14), Brayden (9) with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and Hudson (5) with ex-husband Ant Anstead, recently stated that they are still far from resolving their separation.
She mentioned during her appearance on Jeff Lewis Live recently that there will likely be a court trial, as he’s refused mediation. She seems excited about it and can’t wait for the proceedings.
In a recent statement, the star of “Flip or Flop” mentioned that Josh, who will be working with her on the upcoming HGTV series titled “The Flip Off“, has expressed a desire for her to take care of his legal expenses.
