Christina Haack is enjoying some much-needed time off.

A week following the wrap-up of “The Flip Off“, where Christina co-stars with her former spouse Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa, the lead star of “Christina on the Coast” provided a peek at how she’s been utilizing her newfound leisure time with her boyfriend Christopher Larocca.

Christina posted on Instagram, ‘Catching up with the sun,’ on March 11, accompanied by pictures of them enjoying each other’s company. It’s been 12 years since she’s had a free schedule from photoshoots; she’s making the most of this break.

As a lifestyle advisor, I’d rephrase it like this: At 41 years old, I find myself in a new chapter of my life, sharing beautiful children – Taylor (14), Brayden (9), and Hudson (5) – with my ex-partner Tarek, as well as my son Hudson from my previous relationship with Ant Anstead. Whispers of a budding romance started in January when we were photographed boarding a flight together. Three weeks later, I silenced the gossip by officially announcing my relationship on Instagram.

A week following their grand public display of affection, the couple dined on a laid-back double date with Tarek and Heather at Nobu in Newport Beach, California. Three weeks after that, they elevated things by having Christopher join them to celebrate the finale of The Flip Off on March 5, with an unexpected appearance.

In that particular instalment, I found myself momentarily on-screen, alongside Taylor and Brayden, at Christina’s abode in California. Jeff Lewis, our esteemed judge for the day, revealed the triumphant pair of the season – none other than the El Moussas! (A heads up: it was them!)

Despite appearing content in her latest relationship, Christina, who parted ways with Josh Hall last summer following their third marriage, admitted that she continues to feel a deep pain when reminiscing about the three divorces she experienced over the past ten years.

During the finale, Christina expressed her feelings to Tarek, whom she was married to from 2009 to 2018, saying, “I feel as if I’m stuck in a whirlwind and can’t find my way out. Since around 2016, life has been incredibly tough and unbearable for me. It’s had a very negative impact on me.

Christina and Tarek welcomed their first child together on Sept. 22, 2010.

After their separation, they both remained involved in raising their daughter, whom Christina once referred to as an “old soul with the ability to have profound conversations about life one moment, and then revert back to acting like a typical child the next.

She remarked about Taylor, saying her most remarkable talent lies in initiating conversations with anyone, in any situation. In addition, she’s lively, intelligent, sporty, full of joy, and never fails to surprise us.

Christina and Tarek welcomed their second child together on Aug. 20, 2015.

Apart from their eldest child Taylor, they’ve maintained a shared parenting role for Brayden following their separation. In earlier times, Tarek has affectionately referred to their son as a bundle of energy and a boy with an immense heart, the sweetest one around.

Tarek expressed, “There aren’t enough words to express how radiant this boy makes my day feel,” adding that he feels incredibly fortunate to be his and Tay’s father. He shared that nothing brings him greater joy than being a part of his growth and development, making him the most contented dad one could be.

Approximately one year after her separation from Tarek became public knowledge, Christina began dating Ant, an English television host, in October 2017. They made their relationship official in January 2018, which happened to be the same month that Christina’s divorce from Tarek was finalized. The couple exchanged vows at their home in Newport Beach, California, during a winter-themed wedding on December 22, 2018.

Christina and Anton, who shares daughter Amelie and son Archie with his ex-wife Louise Storey, became parents to their first child together, a son named Hudson, in the year 2019.

They had been a married pair for under two years when they declared their separation in September 2020. Nine months after that, their divorce was officially concluded.

Since the split, Ant has moved on with actress Renée Zellweger.

On September 6th, 2019, Christina and Ant joyfully welcomed their newborn son into the world. Born that day, he weighed a healthy 7 lbs 7 oz and was 19.5 inches in length.

Despite reaching an agreement on joint legal and physical custody of Hudson when their divorce was officially finalized in June 2021, Ant later filed for full custody in April 2022. In his court documents, he alleged that his ex-partner spends approximately nine full days a month with their child.

In the coming December, my former partners and I came to a mutual understanding, as outlined in court records obtained by TopMob News, where we will share both legal and physical custody of our son, Hudson, moving forward.

On the Fourth of July in 2019, Tarek ran into a star from Selling Sunset. This encounter took place when they were both partying on boats that had been parked side by side at a marina in Newport Beach, California. A few weeks later, in the same month, they were seen sharing a kiss on a yacht. In August of that year, Tarek announced to TopMob News that Heather Rae was his girlfriend, stating, “I never thought I’d use this term again, but this stunning woman, Heather Rae, is my girlfriend, officially.

In July 2020, the couple became engaged, and they tied the knot on October 23, 2021, in a heartfelt outdoor wedding ceremony just outside Santa Barbara, California. They exchanged their marriage vows during this special event.

Heather frequently identifies herself as Tarek’s “stand-in mother” for his two older children, Taylor and Brayden. In her words to TopMob News, she mentioned, “I feel like I have two more children of my own.” She shares custody with Tarek 50% of the time, and in her eyes, she’s doing an excellent job as a bonus mom. She truly cherishes those kids and treats them as if they were her own.

On January 31, 2023, Tarek and Heather joyfully welcomed their newborn son. Upon arrival, he tipped the scales at a healthy 7 lbs 7 oz.

Heather mentioned that Tarek was originally intended to be called Tristan, but instead he was named Tarek.

His middle name is a nod to Heather’s dad.

Following her separation from her second spouse, Ant, in 2021, Christina started seeing Josh. They made their relationship official in July of the same year, and Christina disclosed that they had been together for several months by then.

As the star of Flip or Flop recounts, she encountered Josh, a real estate professional, that particular spring when she was no longer in a state of alarm or ‘fight-or-flight’ response. She had taken a break from socializing, hired a spiritual guide, and used a Bufo toad for smoking purposes, all as part of an effort to rejuvenate her mind.

Christina and Josh got engaged that September and tied the knot on Oct. 6, 2021.

It wasn’t clear when they were getting married, but it was confirmed on July 15, 2024, when Josh filed for divorce, stating that the reasons for the separation were irreconcilable differences.

On the July 11, 2024 episode of Christina on the Coast, we finally got to see more about her childhood home remodeling project. Prior to that, she had generally kept her roots under wraps, primarily showing only glimpses of her parents in their grandparent roles.

In the year 2019, she disclosed on an Instagram post that both our families gather to watch Taylor perform at her school’s annual Christmas show.

She stated that several individuals agreed on how wonderful this situation was – I am aware that numerous divorced couples, such as Tarek’s parents, also engage in similar activities, and it truly simplifies matters for everyone. Additionally, Taylor’s face gleams with joy whenever she observes us all seated together, cheering her on.

Tarek El Moussa’s mom, Dominique, is no longer with his father (whose identity he has not disclosed), but she is now married to Robert, who affectionately refers to her as “the love of my life” on Instagram.

Tarek didn’t use his father’s name, but in a Facebook post from November 2017, he acknowledged that his “father figure” had reached the age of 70.
