Christina Hall Accuses Ex Josh Hall of Diverting $35K Amid Divorce

As a bystander to Christina Haack’s life, I cannot help but be in awe of her strength and resilience. Her journey through love and relationships has been nothing short of inspiring. In April 2022, news broke that she had secretly married Josh Hall, and they celebrated their union with a beautiful wedding in Hawaii. Christina’s Instagram posts during this time radiated happiness and contentment. She gushed about her “dream man” and how everything in her life had led her to him.

Christina Hall is anything but flippant in her divorce from Josh Hall.

In reality, the former “Flip or Flop” star filed court papers with TopMob News on July 25, claiming that her ex-husband illegally moved over $35,000 into his personal account without her consent.

According to Christina’s divorce documents, she listed July 7 as the separation date. Subsequently, she claimed that Josh reached out to their property manager on July 8 with a request to reroute rental earnings from Tennessee into his own bank account.

In my sworn statement at the age of 41, I declared that the property manager followed through with the request under the assumption that I had given the approval for the change in accounts. However, I must clarify that my ex’s assertion was not accurate as I did not communicate with Josh on July 8, 2024.

After informing him that we were getting a divorce the previous day, I didn’t ask him to transfer money to me.

The “Christina on the Coast” celebrity disputes the claim that she and Josh ended their relationship on July 8, a date mentioned in his divorce petition as the separation date.

“I’m surprised and worried to discover that he transferred more than $35,000 from my individual funds into his account on July 8, 2024. It’s troubling that this is supposedly the date he claims as our separation date, although it should be July 7, 2024. His choice of the following day becomes more understandable in light of this information.”

During their two-year union, all property was supposed to be evenly distributed between Josh and Christina upon their divorce, as stated in his petition. However, Christina has made an additional request for sole access to their Newport Beach residence, which they shared, until the legal separation process is completed.

In her statement, Christina expressed that, as a devoted mother to Taylor (13), Brayden (8), Hudson (4) from previous relationships with Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead respectively, her life is balanced between her children’s needs and work commitments. She believes Josh has an independent income, so she doesn’t think it’s necessary for her to provide him with spousal support.

Pondering over my current legal dilemma, I can’t help but question if there are other financial aspects of my ex-spouse’s situation that have escaped my notice. To put my mind at ease and ensure a complete understanding of our marital finances during that period, I’ve decided to undergo a comprehensive forensic accounting analysis.

Additionally, Christina alleged that Josh refused to provide finances for a property under renovation in Carson, Calif., which she is in the process of improving. She revealed that this property’s ownership and management, established as a limited liability company (LLC) without her awareness, were exclusively held by Josh.

She noted that her business, Christina Entertainment, LLC, had transferred $200,000 for property improvements. This money needs to be utilized in the ongoing project immediately. However, I don’t have access to these funds and Josh has declined to hand over the LLC and related accounts, preventing me from effectively managing the situation.

Christina is requesting the following from her ex: the refund of $35,000 that was previously moved to Josh’s banking account, and relinquishment of management over the LLC associated with the Carson property.

During their two-year union, all property amassed by Josh was requested to be split evenly in the divorce papers he filed. However, Christina has put in a request for sole access to their shared residence in Newport Beach, which they both owned, until the legal separation process is finalized.

In her statement, Christina expressed that, just like other devoted mothers, her world centers around her kids and employment. She has children Taylor (13), Brayden (8) with Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson (4) with Ant Anstead. She believes Josh has his own financial resources, so he shouldn’t be entitled to alimony from her.

Pondering over her legal d predicament, Christina mused, “I can’t help but question if there are other financial details I’m unaware of from his past, which is why I’ve decided to undergo a comprehensive forensic accounting for our entire marriage.”

During their recent encounters, sparks flew between Christina and Josh, just as they had during their first meeting in March 2021. A year later, the pair decided to replicate that special date.

During Christina’s birthday getaway, the couple took a beach photo together and announced their relationship status on Instagram.

After several months, Christina made it clear to her critics that she would be disabling comments on her posts alongside Josh. She reiterated this stance, explaining, “I focus on cherishing the people I care about deeply, which includes Josh, my children, a few dear friends, and colleagues.”

After Josh’s birthday celebration, Christina made it official: their relationship was not just a failure. Instead, they were an engaged couple.

The duo enjoyed the thrilling autumnal festivities by attending Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights.

Just a few months later, they marked their first Christmas together.

In this caption, she expresses the idea of sharing life experiences with someone while also cherishing personal moments. She wrote, “Building our lives together and savoring some solitary moments.” Her message to Josh was, “I love you.”

The following month, Christina enjoyed the “Best Valentine’s weekend with my Valentine.”

“A few days before her marriage news with Josh became public, Christina posted on Instagram, ‘I prayed for a true man, yet he made me feel like a queen.’ She added, ‘Never give up.'”

In April 2022, it was revealed that Christina and Josh had secretly gotten married in October 2021. They then held a wedding celebration in Hawaii in September 2022. Christina expressed her joy on Instagram, writing, “I exchanged vows with my soulmate in front of our loved ones. Maui holds a special place in my heart, and this night was filled with love and happiness.”

An real estate agent expressed his heartfelt birthday tribute for the HGTV star on Instagram: “Happy 40th Birthday, my stunning and accomplished wife! Your achievements, inspiration, and daily impressions leave me speechless. Prepare to make your forties the most remarkable decade yet, looking more radiant than ever. I consider myself fortunate to be your partner on this exciting journey called life. Here’s to a lifelong commitment of love and adventure.”

Based on my observation of Josh’s Instagram post, it seems that he is proudly showcasing the continuity and longevity of his relationship. The use of “Still going strong” suggests that despite the passage of time, their bond remains as vibrant and robust as ever. The series of images serve as visual evidence of their journey together over the past three years, with each image representing a significant milestone in their relationship.

In July 2024, Josh initiated a divorce proceedings against Christina, indicating “insurmountable disagreements” as the cause of their separation, with Christina similarly mentioning this in her filing papers.
