Christina Hall Enjoys Girls’ Night out Amid Josh Hall Divorce

As someone who has followed the El Moussa family’s journey in reality TV, I have always been intrigued by the dynamic between Tarek and his siblings, as well as his relationship with his parents.

Christina Hall is moving on past her breakup from Josh Hall with the help of a friend.

HGTV celebrity posted a picture on Instagram from their girls’ night out with Kristin Rosowski at Delilah restaurant in Wynn Las Vegas around early July 2021. She labeled the photo with the caption, “Evening with my dear friend,” accompanied by a red heart emoji.

I, as a devoted follower of fashion, donned a vibrant red, silk minidress with spaghetti straps and matched it with sleek black stiletto sandals. In contrast, my companion graced herself in a chic black, long-sleeved mini dress with a semi-sheer texture and elegant nude pumps.

A few days after Christina Haack, star of “Christina on the Coast,” and her husband Josh Filek, who have been married for over two years, separately filed for divorce, the women went out for a night on the town.

Christina doesn’t have any children in common with Tarek El Moussa, her ex-husband and former “Flip or Flop” partner. She is the mother of daughter Taylor El Moussa (age 13) and son Brayden El Moussa, while Tarek is their father. Additionally, Christina has a son named Hudson Anstead with her ex-husband Ant Anstead, whom she divorced in 2021.

Christina Haack, formerly known as Christina, is currently focusing on her loved ones and prioritizing personal wellness during her separation from Josh.

After the shocking news of my divorce spread, I decided to make some cherished memories with my boys. One sunny day, we had a fun-filled “summer sofa sleepover” at home, snuggling up on the couch and watching movies together. Later that week, as I took some time for self-care, I was spotted heading to the Gen Foot Spa in Costa Mesa, California.

After the announcement of her divorce became public, Christina shared a picture on social media of her and her sons enjoying a cozy “summer living room slumber party” at home. Additionally, she was spotted visiting the Gen Foot Spa in Costa Mesa, California.

Christina is set to appear in a new reality series on HGTV with her estranged husband and Tarek’s wife Heather El Moussa, which was announced in May for a 2025 debut. The production will go on despite Christina and Josh’s divorce filing.

Christina and Tarek welcomed their first child together on Sept. 22, 2010.

After their divorce, the former couple remained committed to raising their daughter together. This young girl, as described by Christina, possesses a mature understanding of life at times but can also revert back to her childlike behavior.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Taylor for quite some time now, and I must admit, her ability to start a conversation with anyone, anywhere, is truly remarkable. It doesn’t matter if we’re in a crowded room or a quiet corner, she has this innate talent for engaging people and drawing them in with her infectious energy and curiosity.

Christina and Tarek welcomed their second child together on Aug. 20, 2015.

As a dedicated follower of their family story, I’d like to share that even after their divorce, both parents have remained committed to raising their second child, Brayden. In previous conversations, Tarek has fondly referred to Brayden as a bundle of energy and the kindest boy with an expansive heart.

Tarek expressed, “This boy brings an indescribable brightness to my days. I’m deeply grateful each day for being his and Tay’s father, and watching him grow is a source of endless joy and happiness for me as a father.”

About a year after I announced my separation from Tarek, I began dating Ant, a well-known TV host from England, in October 2017. We made our relationship official in January 2018, which was also the month my divorce from Tarek was finalized. In the winter of that same year, on December 22, 2018, Ant and I exchanged vows at our home in Newport Beach, California, and got married in a beautiful winter-themed wedding ceremony.

Christina and Anthony, who have daughter Amelie and son Archie with his former wife Louise Storey, had their first child as a couple in 2019 – a son named Hudson.

The couple had been married for under two years when they announced their separation in September 2020. Their divorce became official approximately nine months after that.

Since the split, Ant has moved on with actress Renée Zellweger.

On September 6, 2019, Christina and Ant were blessed with the arrival of their newborn son. He weighed around 7.3 kilograms (or 16 pounds) and was approximately 49.5 centimeters (or 19.5 inches) long at birth.

Ant filed for sole custody of Hudson in April 2022, despite the legal and physical joint custody arrangement reached during their divorce in June 2021. He alleged in court papers that his ex-spouse spends approximately 9 full days with their child every month.

In response to the filing by Ant, Christina expressed her disappointment to TopMob News. If his actions were truly about Hudson, as he claimed, she believed this matter should have been resolved privately through a confidential judge or mediation, as she and her lawyer had recommended. Despite facing challenges, Christina asserted that she is a loving mother who will always prioritize the well-being of her children.

In July 2019 at Newport Beach, California, Tarek encountered the famous star from “Selling Sunset” while they were both enjoying parties on adjacent boats at a marina. Later that month, images emerged of them locking lips on a yacht. Tarek confirmed their relationship to TopMob News in August, sharing, “I never thought I’d use this phrase again, but Heather Rae is now my official girlfriend.”

In July 2020, the couple announced their engagement. Then, they tied the knot on October 23, 2021, at an idyllic outdoor venue close to Santa Barbara, California. They exchanged heartfelt vows during the ceremony.

Heather frequently describes herself as the “extra mother” to Tarek’s older children, Taylor and Brayden. She shared with TopMob News that she feels like she is caring for two children already. “I co-parent these kids with Tarek, and we share custody equally,” she stated. “I love them dearly, just as if they were my own. I care for them deeply.”

On January 31, 2023, Tarek and Heather happily welcomed the arrival of their newborn son, who weighed in at a healthy 7 pounds and 7 ounces.

According to Heather, Tristan was originally meant to be the name given to the baby, but instead, he received the name Tarek.

His middle name is a nod to Heather’s dad.

Christina ended her marriage with her second spouse Ant in 2021. Later that year, she started seeing Josh. They made their relationship official in July, and Christina shared that they had been dating for several months by then.

In the words of the “Flip or Flop” star herself, she crossed paths with Josh, a real estate professional, during the spring season when she was no longer in a panicked or defensive state. She chose to disconnect from social media, sought guidance from a spiritual mentor, and employed the use of a Bufo toad for a mind-cleansing experience.

Christina and Josh got engaged that September and tied the knot on Oct. 6, 2021.

It wasn’t until July 15, 2024, that the exact wedding date of them became known, with Josh being the one to initiate a divorce, stating irreconcilable differences as the cause of their separation.

Prior to the home renovation project that aired on July 11, 2024, on “Christina on the Coast,” she generally kept her connection to her past low-key, primarily providing brief looks at her parents in their roles as grandparents.

Last year, she posted on Instagram that our families, hers and Tarek’s, would unite to attend Taylor’s Christmas concert at her school.

A few individuals appreciated how wonderful this was – I’m aware that many divorced couples, including Tarek’s parents, have done the same thing, and it truly simplifies things for everyone. Moreover, Taylor’s face brightens up when she sees us all seated together, cheering her on.

As an obsessed fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about how Josh gained public attention due to his romantic involvement with Christina. But let me tell you, his sisters have been shining brightly in the limelight since the early 2000s!

Stacie, sometimes referred to as “Stacie the Bartender,” was known for being the focus of Spencer Pratt’s advances during her time on “The Hills.” She gained additional recognition when she served as one of Scheana Shay’s bridesmaids on “Vanderpump Rules” in its third season.

Regarding Jessica, the previous Playboy model, she featured on various shows including “The Hills,” “The Girls Next Door,” “Kendra,” “Kendra on Top,” and “Kendra Sells Hollywood.” She did this to back her longtime friend Kendra Wilkinson.

In a simpler version, Angelique, Tarek’s elder sister, owns Latitude 33 Hair Artistry in Anaheim, California. She bought one of their flipped houses from them on “Flip or Flop” back in 2014, and collaborated with her TV host brother for a digital series in 2019.

Tarek El Moussa’s mom, Dominique, is no longer with Tarek’s father, whose identity he hasn’t revealed. Instead, she is now married to Robert, who frequently expresses his deep affection for Dominique as “the love of my life” on social media.

Tarek hasn’t used his father’s last name, but he acknowledged his father’s milestone 70th birthday in a Facebook post in November 2017.

“The bond between a father and his kids holds great significance. I’m grateful for having a father who encouraged and inspired me, making me believe I could achieve anything in this world. In this photo of our family celebrating his birthday, I reflect on how much I owe him for my success. The values and experiences he imparted will be carried forward to the next generation by me.”

Tarek shared with Country Living that his father grew up Catholic in Lebanon and later in Egypt in the Middle East. He encountered Tarek’s mother, who hails from Belgium, in Europe during his teenage years.
