Cindy’s BACK! Wedding Joy Turns to CHAOS in EastEnders

It seems that EastEnders is preparing for a major event, given the upcoming return of Cindy Beale, played by Michelle Collins, who promises to cause quite a stir in the Square.

In February, Cindy escaped from the Square following the explosion at the Queen Vic. However, she subtly suggested that she was planning a lethal act of vengeance before she left.

It seems like Cindy is on the verge of executing her scheme, as sneak peeks provide a glimpse of her reappearance crashing Lauren and Peter’s engagement party, stirring up mayhem in the process.

As I watched the scene unfold on screen, both the Beales and Knights seemed taken aback, clearly disoriented by some unseen force. However, there was a striking figure who remained steadfast – Cindy. With an air of defiance, she made it clear that she had no intention of leaving the story.

Prior to Cindy’s departure at the start of the year, the audience followed as her character undertook a journey to uncover the identity of the person who attempted to murder her during Christmas.

In the end, Cindy pointed the finger at Ian Beale as her assailant and warned him she’d pull the trigger. This made Kathy Beale admit to the wrongdoing.

Later on, Ian tried to silence Cindy about Kathy’s part in the matter by proposing a lifetime of wealth, but Cindy wasn’t interested – instead, she shoved him towards Reiss Colwell’s vehicle, leading him to veer off the road and crash into The Queen Vic pub, which ultimately led to Martin Fowler’s (James Bye) demise.

Instead of informing the police about Kathy, Cindy said she was heading to stay with her close friend Gita, a secret she shared with the Knights and the Beales. However, in confidence to Junior, she vowed to take retaliation against her unsuspecting kin.

What might she have in store? Viewers will have to wait and see.
