In a span of twenty minutes, this upcoming showcase promises to reveal an innovative phase in the ongoing series, which developers have labeled as “a groundbreaking new chapter.” It will offer multiplayer functionality for up to eight individuals, with the specific number and map determining the limit. For the first time ever in the franchise, you’ll be able to independently choose your leader and civilization. This adds an additional layer of replayability to the game. The developers are also emphasizing an enhanced tutorial experience and improved game mechanics for a smoother gameplay.
