As a dedicated fan of “Claim to Fame,” I can’t help but be excited for the latest season, especially with the promise of even more high-profile celebrity relatives. Having watched past seasons and seen the shocking reveals, I can only imagine what this year has in store.
It pays to be related to a Hollywood A-lister—literally.
Eleven individuals participating in the third season of “Claim to Fame” aim to secure a $100,000 reward while keeping their real identities hidden from the other contestants.
As a dedicated follower, I’d describe it this way: I had the privilege of co-hosting the ABC reality show alongside Kevin Jonas and Franklin Jonas. Our mission was to help contestants discover hidden celebrity connections among each other. The ultimate goal? Be the last one standing at the end of an exciting season.
In the past, distinguished winners of the Claim to Fame competition include Loreal, Keke Palmer’s sister (season one), and Gabriel, Nick Cannon’s brother (season two). Notably, last year saw a remarkable exit from Carly Reeves, Tom Hanks’ niece.
But this season, fans can expect even more high profile celebrity reveals.
Kevin expressed to People prior to the third season, “I’ll be introducing the most renowned celebrity relatives; the most well-known individuals, in fact, that we’ve ever come across.”
And one beloved star’s relative has already been revealed.
At the July 10 debut, Robin Roberts’ relative Bianca got eliminated when opponents correctly identified her link to Hollywood during the competition.
Among the contestants still vying for a spot in season three, I’m proud to be part of the group where three of us have ties to esteemed Grammy winners, another is connected to a renowned Emmy-award winning musician, and yet another considers an accomplished Oscar-winning actor as family.
Plus, there’s also a relative to a pro wrestler and the granddaughter of a Hollywood icon.
