Three new multiplayer maps are being added: Hacienda, Racket Strike and Nuketwon Holiday.

The vineyard estate, adorned with opulent riches, has been refreshed with a fresh layer of paint, hailing from Black Ops 4. It can be experienced in the Remastered version, Core mode, 6vs6 matches, and a medium-sized setting.

The Racket is a complex, high-security vault belonging to the Luttazzi criminal organization. Its unique layout consists of three lanes that demand swift decision-making to navigate successfully. It will be offered in variations such as Brand-New, Strike, Team Matches (2v2/6v6), and Mini Sized.

To round things off, the festive Nuketown Holiday is a themed adaptation of your favorite map for all to enjoy. You’ll have an opportunity to test it out across Variant, Core 6v6, and Compact game modes.

Multiplayer – Festive limited-time modes

During various stages of the season, special holiday-themed game modes will become accessible in both Ran-Snack and Infections Holiday.

At its debut, Ransnack features a gameplay where participants strive to accumulate the greatest number of cookies. ( At launch, Ransnack offers a competition in which players aim to deposit the maximum amount of cookies.)

In this seasonal Limited Time Mode (LTM), swap gold for candies. The objective is for teams to accumulate and store the maximum number of cookies. You can obtain cookies from a spinning cookie crate, fallen team members (Operators), or by breaking into the enemy’s cookie vault and retrieving their supply, then delivering it back to your own base.

To celebrate the spirit of generosity, your character gains advantages when storing cookies. These benefits include increased movement speed, quicker reloading, and accelerated health regeneration. The team that accumulates the highest score before the time runs out or reaches the score limit will be declared the victor.

During the holiday season, you’ll be able to enjoy a special version of Infectious Mode, offering a delightful change to the popular Infected gameplay. Here’s a summary: “Zombies and fallen Operators are also joining in the festivities as they don holiday attire in this cheerful adaptation of the much-loved Infected mode.

Zombies – Citadelle des Morts

On the 5th of December, 2024 at 9AM Pacific Time (PT) or 5PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), you’ll have access to the latest zombie map called “Citadelle des Morts.

In addition, they’ll introduce a new melee weapon named “The Divided Sword,” which can be separated into four distinct elemental Wonder weapons. These are Calburn: Dragon’s Flame, Durendal: Stag of the Storms, Balmung: Raven’s Shade, and Solals: Lion of Light.

A fresh adversary named the Doppleghast, characterized by two loud skulls, is set to appear. This entity represents the subsequent phase in the evolutionary process within the Dark Aether. Known for their unpredictable behavior and swift movement, they ambush from concealed locations.

The synopsis for Citadelle des Morts reads as such:

Following the occurrences at Terminus, Weaver, Maya, Carver, Grey (alongside Peck, Raptor One, and Strauss) set out on a journey to the European principality of Avalon. Their aim is to meet and potentially form an alliance with a notable figure named Gabriel Krafft.

The Operators aim to discover more details about an old artifact called the ‘Sentinel Artifact’. If they can unlock its power, it might help free Samantha Maxis from her ethereal confinement.

A fresh primary mission is on the horizon, offering some exciting perks such as the “Jackknife” cosmetic outfit for Weaver, 5,000 experience points, and an exclusive calling card that can only be earned by completing the quest prior to the launch of Directed Mode. Enjoy the adventure!
