It’s uncertain when Capcom might revive Dino Crisis, should they choose to do so, but in the interim, other dinosaur-themed survival horror games will strive to fill that gap. This year, TeamKill Media, who have faced criticism with Quantum Error, revealed Code Violet – an action horror dinosaur shooter. Recently, they’ve given a more detailed glimpse into the gameplay of their project.
TeamKill Media recently unveiled approximately 20 minutes of in-game action, featuring the character Violet Sinclair navigating the Aion Bioengineering Complex, a 25th-century colony that’s teeming with fearsome dinosaurs. The gameplay gives glimpses of combat, exploration, puzzle-solving, resource collection, and inventory management, among other elements. It appears that survival horror enthusiasts will find many familiar aspects in this footage. Here is the video for your viewing pleasure.
Code Violet is due out sometime later this year exclusively for the PS5.
