James Corden’s Judi Dench joke didn’t go quite as planned.

Following the ex-presenter of The Late Late Show making an adult-themed jest concerning the esteemed figure, Dr. Anthony Fauci – both a renowned actress and immunologist – the spectators who graced the event responded with an uncomfortable and prolonged silence.

Tonight marks the unique convergence of Hollywood and science, as stated by Corden during the 2025 Breakthrough Prize Ceremony on April 5, according to footage obtained by the Daily Mail.
