Coronation Street airs new Max Turner twist in ITVX release – what will character’s fate be?

It became shockingly clear to Shona and David that their adopted child, Max, was responsible for setting the house on fire.

It wasn’t long before the truth about Max’s incriminating hoodie would be revealed, seeing as Jacob Roberts (DC Kit Green) had taken possession of it.

Constable Craig Tinker (played by Colson Smith) inadvertently revealed to David and Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) that they were examining fresh evidence, prompting an increasingly agitated Nick to realize Max’s involvement. Recognizing the danger, David cautioned his son that the police would soon be closing in on him.

As David received payment from Andy for their questionable task and was presented with an opportunity for a more perilous project, a strategy unfolded to shield Max from the law – all while protecting him from menacing figure Harvey Gaskell, portrayed by Will Mellor.

After receiving the forensic findings, Kit and Craig embarked on a quest to locate Max. Meanwhile, David and Shona declared their ignorance about Max’s whereabouts.

At their secret base, Max’s partner, Lauren Bolton (portrayed by Cait Fitton), became extremely angry upon discovering his actions. The pledges he had given to become a father to their newborn son, Frankie, were no longer feasible due to what he had done.

In the meantime, David reached out to Aunt Becky (played by Katherine Kelly), Max’s aunt who resides in Belize with her partner Ian.

I, too, have my unique perspective on questionable affairs, and I found myself ready to assist Max. Alongside my partner Becky, we decided to open our home to him and offer employment as well.

2012 saw the departure of beloved character Becky from the cobblestones, as she embarked on a journey to sunny Barbados alongside her boyfriend, Danny Stratton (played by Jeremy Sheffield).

Despite her disappearance, there’s speculation that Becky might play a significant role in Max’s imminent departure from the ITV soap.
