Craig Conover is defending himself against recent claims made by his ex.

Following the surprising allegation by Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo that he had been communicating with other women during their relationship, Craig is now shedding light on his perspective.

In response to accusations during an interview with Tamron Hall on February 17th, the individual stated firmly, “I did not cheat.” He emphasized that trust and security are crucial aspects of a relationship, so he assured everyone that he had not been unfaithful. However, he acknowledged that one cannot always control other people’s actions.

After the debut of Summer House’s ninth season on February 1st, viewers caught a glimpse of Paige conversing with her fellow cast members Lindsay Hubbard and Lexi Wood, approximately six months post-production and following the announcement of her split with Craig that occurred in December.

In response to accusations that she was unfaithful (which she has refuted), Paige asserted to her friends about the Southern Charm personality, “You’re going to let people call me a cheater? I caught you texting two women during our relationship.

According to Craig, he was shocked to see it play out on screen.

He expressed his dismay at the turn her show took, but he’s genuinely thankful for the three years they shared together. It was an incredible experience for him, and he believes it made them both significantly grow as individuals.

He clarified to Tamron, “I believe what we witnessed was a response, not an initial action. The breakup seemed to bring a wave of criticism her way, which I found unfortunate.

Nevertheless, Craig maintains a positive outlook towards the hosts of the Giggly Squad podcast and remains hopeful regarding his romantic prospects for the future.

Craig expressed in a January 7th Instagram video that the recent turn of events had come as an immense surprise. He confessed he was taken aback and acknowledged that maintaining a relationship involves two individuals, implying that one cannot dictate another’s actions, but rather, one can only manage their own response.

That said, Craig also wants everyone to extend grace to his now-ex.

He mentioned that he’s still trying to understand everything, which makes sense given the length and closeness of their three-year relationship. It’s like losing your best friend who you communicate with constantly, and then suddenly they’re gone. He added that eventually he’ll be able to share more about it, but for now, he wanted to express his gratitude for everyone’s supportive messages.
