Crimson Desert’s Insane Engine Showcases Next-Gen Graphics That Will Blow Your Mind

The game Crimson Desert, with its grand scale and aspirations, has often seemed excessively audacious to some, causing many to question its feasibility. Yet, with a confirmed release date towards the end of 2025, it continues to captivate with its promising potential.

For instance, Pearl Abyss has unveiled several demonstration videos highlighting their game’s engine. These videos focus on aspects such as physics and ray tracing, leaving no doubt in many minds that this game is a prime example of what we would call a truly “state-of-the-art” or “cutting-edge” title.

It’s important to note that these game clips were captured from a top-tier gaming PC. Consequently, we can’t predict what adjustments or compromises might be necessary for Crimson Desert to run smoothly on the PlayStation 5.
