In the Q1 2025 financial report, CD Projekt RED announced new sales data for the critically praised expansion, “Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty”. As of May 28th, 2025, the game has sold a total of 10 million copies, with both standalone purchases and those bundled in the “Ultimate Edition” contributing to this figure.
The game reached its latest achievement in November, with sales exceeding eight million units. By the same time, the base version had sold around 30 million copies; however, considering the inclusion of the Ultimate Edition, it might have surpassed that figure already. With the launch of Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on June 5th for Nintendo Switch 2, there’s a strong possibility that sales could see a substantial increase for both versions.
