Daisy May Cooper Reunites with Brother Charlie in Am I Being Unreasonable?

In the upcoming season of “Am I Being Unreasonable?”, viewers can look forward to the return of beloved characters like Daisy May Cooper’s Nic and Selin Hizli’s Jen. Additionally, this new installment promises a heartwarming on-screen gathering of family members.

This is due to the fact that Daisy and her brother Charlie Cooper, the duo behind the creation and performance in “This Country,” will reunite on screen again. Specifically, Charlie has taken on a new role for the season, portraying Jurgeon – a character with a mullet, mustache, and glasses.

In a Q&A session about the upcoming season, Daisy mentioned that she had proposed Charlie joining the cast. She pointed out that they have the same agent and the same mother, which means it would be difficult for him to decline, wouldn’t it?

She continued: “But yeah, I had to put him in a mullet and I had to put him in glasses.

It’s interesting to note that despite his initial attempts, he struggled with maintaining a Dutch accent consistently. So, we eventually decided to incorporate that detail into the script, suggesting he’s not genuinely Dutch.

Responding to the question about enjoying Charlie on set, Daisy playfully commented: “Oh, was I helping him out? Or is he the one who’s been more successful? Nah, everything’s cool.

He’s absolutely fantastic! I must say, he’s constantly hilarious. You might recognize him from the Argos commercials where he plays the dinosaur character. It seems like they’ve stretched those ads quite a bit, right? Indeed, it feels that way.

In addition to the main cast of Am I Being Unreasonable?, this new season boasts an array of renowned guest stars such as Chelsea Peretti, Tom Davis, Denise Black, Jamali Maddix, and Kojey Radical.

As a film enthusiast, I eagerly await the upcoming season where familiar faces like Lenny Rush and Dustin Demri-Burns reprise their roles. This new chapter unfolds with Nic, my favorite character, still concealing her most shocking truth – she took the life of her brother-in-law, a grim consequence of their forbidden affair.

Apart from her concerns, she’s also fearful that her son, portrayed by Rush, might be adopting her violent tendencies, as he had killed the family pet cat during season 1.
