Dancing on Ice star “passed out” in training after painful injury

Tonight, January 12th, is when we’ll see the new season of Dancing on Ice air on ITV. However, one of the competitors has faced difficulties even prior to their initial performance on the ice.

As a movie reviewer, I’d rephrase it like this:

“I’m sharing some behind-the-scenes news about the new series of our favorite soap, Hollyoaks. Star Chelsee Healey, partnered with pro Andy Buchanan, had a scary incident during training. She took a hard fall that left her unconscious for a brief moment and required immediate hospital attention. Fortunately, I’m thrilled to report that she’s made a full recovery and is ready to grace our screens tonight as we kick off the launch show.

In conversation with The Sun, Buchanan clarified that Healey had lost consciousness following a fall which impacted her tailbone, referring to it as “quite an alarming incident.

He said, “She had stepped away briefly. I tried to draw her attention by saying, ‘Look at me,’ but she didn’t seem to notice.

In response, Healey stated: “Andy woke me up and exclaimed, ‘Chelsee, Chelsee!’ Then he lifted me from the ice and pulled me away. I felt lightheaded at the time, and before I knew it, I had passed out.

Over the course of its history, Dancing on Ice has been afflicted by a series of injuries, and this season it was Paralympian Dame Sarah Storey who had to leave the show following an ankle fracture suffered during practice sessions.

Despite a recent alarming incident, Healey is set to skate on the ice, joining an illustrious group that includes Mollie Pearce from The Traitors, Olympic icon Sir Steve Redgrave, soap opera star Charlie Brooks from EastEnders, and former footballer Anton Ferdinand.

The winner this time around will emulate the path taken by Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas and professional skater Amani Fancy, who triumphed last year, having outskated Made in Chelsea’s Miles Nazaire and radio personality Adele Roberts in the final.

For the panel of judges, Oti Mabuse, Ashley Banjo, Jayne Torvill, and Christopher Dean will be seated to provide feedback and scores on each performance during the entire season. Meanwhile, Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern resume their roles as the show’s hosts.
