As a gamer speaking, “To be honest, I’m not usually into manga, but when I was offered the director role for Dandadan, I made an exception. After wrapping up my last project, I picked up Dandadan as a potential next venture, and let me tell you, it was intriguing! The global anticipation for the anime was astounding. It’s true that I didn’t dwell much on opinions of others around me, but the enthusiasm from fans worldwide definitely caught my attention.”

The director of Dandadan, speaking afterwards, expressed that he and the production team are putting in a lot of effort to ensure the anime stays true to its source material.
