To keep fans on the edge of their seats, the Science SARU production has unveiled a new sneak peek, revealing Aira’s upcoming transformation and how it will complement Okarun’s iconic form.
Previously, Okarun and Momo found themselves embroiled with the third member of the trinity who recently appeared in Aira. Almost instinctively, Momo’s rivalry ignited with this pink-haired individual, who boasts Acrobat Silky’s abilities, seeking to win over Okarun’s affections. Despite his ‘nerd’ image, Okarun isn’t quite ready for a serious relationship with Aira and prefers to keep things casual. However, romantic complications take a backseat as they face an array of supernatural and extraterrestrial dangers that have invaded their school. In episode nine of “Dandadan”, we can expect a lot of thrilling action instead of another heart-wrenching emotional scene, such as Acrobat Silky’s backstory. Additionally, official images for the upcoming episode have been released, along with a teaser about what will unfold: “Aira, who has unlocked her acrobatic abilities, faces a heated battle against the Serpo aliens and the Dover Demon. Momo and Okarun also join in the fight, escalating the battle even further. To counter their individual weaknesses, the aliens combine forces and attack Aira and her companions.
So far, we haven’t witnessed all the capabilities of Aira’s transformed self, but in episode eight, we caught a fleeting glimpse of her powers. Similar to the original Acrobat Silky, Aira appears to manipulate her hair for offensive purposes, effortlessly tossing the Serpo aliens about like dolls. It will be exciting to discover which character – Okarun, Aira, or Momo – possesses the greatest strength among the anime heroes.

DandaDan Season 2?
It remains unconfirmed by Science SARU if the series DandaDan will have a second season, but indications suggest that characters Okarun and Momo may reappear.
