Dave the Diver’s Like a Dragon DLC Will Only Be Available for Six Months After April Launch

Developer Dave the Diver from Mintrocket has set the launch date for the collaboration DLC titled Ichiban’s Holiday within the Like a Dragon series to be on April 10th, 2025.

Keep in mind that fans only have a six-month window to buy the DLC before it’s taken down from online marketplaces such as the PlayStation Store.

The following details were discussed in the previously mentioned video, which provided an overview of the DLC, new items for sale, and additional content.

Mintrocket clarified that there’s no limit on playing the DLC once purchased, but the offer for buying it is time-limited.

Earlier this year, it was announced that Ichiban’s Vacation features a character with large hair embarking on a trip to the Blue Hole. However, his peaceful vacation turns sour when he uncovers an adversarial gang known as Sea Blue, who are kidnapping dolphins.

Making his way into their headquarters, he joins forces with Cobra for the purpose of dismantling the organization. The operation then transforms the gameplay into an iconic side-scrolling brawler reminiscent of Streets of Rage.

Beyond this, it seems that the karaoke minigame from Like a Dragon has been directly incorporated into Dave the Diver, and certain characters from SEGA’s series could potentially work at Bancho Sushi.
