Sony Interactive Entertainment, along with developers Bend Studio and Climax Studios, have unveiled an upgraded version of the game “Days Gone” titled “Days Gone Remastered” for PlayStation 5. This remastered edition is set to release on April 25th at a price of $49.99. For those who already own “Days Gone” for PlayStation 4, an upgrade option will be available for just $9.99. Additionally, the PC version of “Days Gone” will gain access to the new content introduced in the “Remastered” release through a downloadable content pack named “Broken Road.

Permadeath Mode

Overcome this challenge and you’ll receive a commemorative video recording your completion time, exclusive stats like the number of enemies you defeated throughout your playthrough, and more. On April 25, 2025, the remastered version of “Days Gone” will debut exclusively on PlayStation 5 as a digital-only release! If you’ve previously purchased “Days Gone” for PlayStation 4, you can upgrade to “Days Gone Remastered,” complete with all new content and features, for just $10 USD. For those who haven’t owned “Days Gone” before, you can buy the remastered version for $49.99 USD.
Starting on April 25, 2025, an upgrade will become accessible. For those who own physical copies of PlayStation 4 games on disc, you’ll need to insert these discs into your PlayStation 5 each time you wish to download or play the digital version for PlayStation 5. However, it’s important to note that owners of the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition (the disc-free console) who purchased PlayStation 4 games will not receive the PlayStation 5 upgrade at a reduced price. Lastly, upgrades through PlayStation Plus redemptions are not applicable for this offer.
