Originally released for the PS4, this title has undergone a facelift exclusively for the PS5 and PC platforms. The revamped version boasts additional modes and enhanced features. On April 25th, 2025, the upgraded version of Days Gone for PS5 will be available. The PlayStation Blog provides additional information: “Days Gone Remastered is revitalized by the PS5 console, boasting enhanced graphical quality, extended foliage distance, improved shadows and lighting effects, 3D audio technology* (Tempest), VRR support**, and more. Choose between Quality mode for higher resolution or Performance mode for smoother frame rates. With the added capabilities of the PS5 Pro, Days Gone has never looked better on PlayStation!”
*Tempest 3D Audio Technology is a feature that improves spatial audio for a more immersive gaming experience.
**VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) is a technology that synchronizes the refresh rate of the monitor with the frame rate of the game to reduce screen tearing and improve visual quality.
