As a seasoned gamer with years of experience under my belt, I must admit, I was pleasely surprised when I heard that Lara Croft, the iconic heroine from the Tomb Raider franchise, is joining Dead by Daylight‘s roster of playable Survivor characters. I’ve always been a fan of Lara’s acrobatic skills and archaeological adventures, so this crossover feels like a perfect fit for me.
In a unique twist, the popular survival horror game, “Dead by Daylight,” is known for bringing together characters from various horror-themed franchises. However, its newest inclusion doesn’t necessarily fall under this category. The iconic heroine Lara Croft from the “Tomb Raider” series has now become a playable character in “Dead by Daylight.”
She becomes a playable character in the horror game’s multiplayer mode for Survivors. Unlike other characters, she doesn’t carry usual weapons but brings three distinct Perks to the game instead. These new abilities showcase her acrobatic archaeologist skills that we’re accustomed to.
As an avid fan of “Dead by Daylight,” I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! Behaviour Interactive has announced that for a limited time, we’ll be getting a new 2vs8 mode. Plus, they’ve introduced cross-progression, allowing us to carry our progress across platforms. For more details, check out the link provided.
Supermassive Games, known for creating “Until Dawn” and “The Dark Pictures,” has revealed the launch date for their latest project: a single-player horror adventure game titled “The Casting of Frank Stone,” which is set within the universe of “Dead by Daylight.”
