As a dedicated fan of Dead by Daylight who’s been playing since its inception, I can confidently say that September is shaping up to be an exceptional month for us survivors! The roadmap released by Behaviour Interactive has me buzzing with excitement, particularly at the return of Lights Out and Chaos Shuffle.
September has officially arrived, and fans of “Dead by Daylight” have plenty to anticipate this month! The developers at Behaviour Interactive have unveiled a fresh roadmap detailing plans up until early October. Over the next four weeks, players can expect numerous exciting events such as a new public test build (PTB), a range of autumn-themed cosmetics, and a 30% discount on Slasher Legends. But what’s even more thrilling is the return of two modes! Lights Out makes its comeback on September 12th, while Chaos Shuffle returns on September 24th.
The full September roadmap for Dead by Daylight can be found below.
It’s intriguing to observe the response from gamers as these modes come back! The fanbase for Lights Out is clearly devoted, but there appears to be an even greater level of excitement surrounding Chaos Shuffle. In fact, upon seeing its reintroduction on the roadmap, many players have expressed their desire for it to become a permanent feature in the game. It’s understandable that bringing it back temporarily keeps things engaging and thrilling for players, which is likely why Behaviour Interactive does it. Here’s hoping the developers are paying attention to the enjoyment it’s bringing players and won’t delay too long before offering another chance to play.
As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to share that along with the reappearance of familiar modes, we’ve got some exciting new licensed skins in store! On September 3rd, Chucky will be getting a fresh look – half his body will be melted by fire, reminiscent of a pivotal scene in the Child’s Play films and TV series. This might seem peculiar to those unfamiliar with the franchise, but it’s a fitting tribute to the infamous Charles Lee Ray.
To sum up, September appears to be quite an action-packed month. Given the announcements that have been made thus far, it seems that fans of the game “Dead by Daylight” are going to find themselves quite occupied well into early October!
