Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster Extended Gameplay Highlights Improvements, New Voice Acting, and More

As a seasoned gamer who has witnessed the evolution of zombie apocalypse games since their inception, I must say that the new gameplay footage of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster has me absolutely thrilled! The graphical enhancements and attention to detail are simply mind-blowing.

Capcom has unveiled fresh gameplay footage for the revamped version of their 2006 game, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, which serves as a remastered update. In this video, director Ryosuke Murai offers a walkthrough, highlighting the new features and enhancements. Have a look at it here.

Previously mentioned, the remastered version of Dead Rising Deluxe, titled as such due to its extensive overhaul, is built anew using the RE Engine. This upgrade brings stunning 4K visuals and a smooth 60 frames per second experience, but that’s not all. Enhancements have been made to character facial expressions across the board. Moreover, this version boasts full voice-acting in nine languages, allowing you to listen to characters like Otis speak during certain scenes instead of just reading their dialogue.

Significant transformations have taken place in various parts of the shopping mall as well. For instance, the primary zone, Paradise Plaza, now exudes a tropical beach atmosphere. Moreover, players can switch their attire on the spot by grabbing garments from different shops or quickly diving into the Closet to don outfits discovered during gameplay. However, additional outfit options are also available separately, similar to what’s included in the Digital Deluxe Edition.

The enhanced version of “Dead Rising,” titled “Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster,” will be available starting September 19th, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and personal computers. Keep an eye out for further information in the near future.
