At this year’s Summer Game Fest, Kojima Productions didn’t unveil the concluding trailer for “Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.” Instead, they shared a fresh snippet that introduced a new character, Neil, played by Luca Marinelli. Interestingly enough, it was revealed that Neil is a Porter in the game.
In the video, we find Neil talking to someone resembling Lucy Bridge’s character, who shares the same distinctive mark on her hand. It appears that Neil doesn’t recognize her, leading to his frustration. Kojima, through a translator, highlights that both characters are crucial and commends Marinelli for delivering an exceptional performance as Neil.
In a new adventure titled “Death Stranding 2: On the Beach,” set to release on June 26th for PlayStation 5, players will continue their journey of transporting packages across various landscapes. However, this time around, there are expanded opportunities for stealth and conflict resolution. For those who prefer a more covert approach, decoy BT grenades and stealth takedowns can be employed. Players with a taste for action can make use of an array of weapons such as shotguns, grenade launchers, and even the electrified pole weapon belonging to the MULE faction.
