The latest silhouette image has me guessing if it could be another enigmatic character or the return of Fragile herself, voiced by the talented Nana Mizuki.
A day after sharing a silhouette picture for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, director Hideo Kojima has posted another one. This time, the image appears to hint at a fresh female character, as it carries the question, “Who are you?” again.
Although it seems like we might be getting a new trailer at Gamescom Opening Night Live, given the timing of these hints, there could be an alternative interpretation. Some fans have speculated that the person in the picture could actually be Nana Mizuki, a well-known singer who previously voiced Fragile in the original Death Stranding, and is possibly set to reprise her role again.
Kojima could potentially be hinting at a forthcoming declaration concerning the game’s Japanese voice actors. This announcement might best occur during the Tokyo Game Show in September since Kojima Productions plans to attend this event. Given the quantity of characters involved, it’s possible that there will be additional teases unveiled over the next few weeks.
