Demi Moore Stuns in Silver: Oscars 2025 Red Carpet Showstopper!

Demi Moore didn’t require any substance to dominate this award season.

In fact, the actress stole the show on the red carpet at the 2025 Oscars, where she is nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role, wearing a custom silver Armani Privé dress with a plunging neckline. (Check out all the stars at the ceremony here.)

As the awards ceremony commenced at the Dolby Theatre, hosted by Conan O’Brien, Demi is facing stiff competition from fellow Best Actress in a Leading Role nominees such as Fernanda Torres (I’m Still Here), Karla Sofia Gascón (Emilia Pérez), Cynthia Erivo (Wicked) and Mikey Madison (Anora).

Indeed, the Ghost actress has swept through award season with her performance as an aging Hollywood starlet desperate to maintain her youth and career in the spotlight in The Substance. This role has already earned her a Golden Globe and SAG Award.

In recent months, Demi has reached the pinnacle of her long-spanning career, but she’s also taken a moment to reflect on her past and the impact this journey has had on her. “It was back in 1978,” she reminisced during the SAG Awards on Feb. 23 when she received her SAG card. “I was just about 16, and it transformed my life because it gave me purpose.

Speaking from personal experience, I found my path and established my bearings in life. You see, I was once a young, independent spirit with little guidance or a map for living – let alone a career in acting.

The actress from “G.I. Jane” later emphasized the significance of having faith in oneself. She explained, “What we believe holds much greater power than what we merely think.” However, she continued, “When I truly believe something, I will make it manifest—and I am incredibly thankful for this realization.”
