Among the numerous sword-wielding characters presented within the Demon Slayer Corps, one character, wearing a pig mask, has gained significant popularity due to Koyoharo Gotouge’s Demon Slayer. Inosuke, who made an impact in the anime adaptation’s initial season, continues to crave battles as fans eagerly anticipate the first installment of Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle. Recently, a new promotional video has been released showcasing Inosuke as he readies to hone his sword skills against some of Muzan’s most formidable lieutenants.
Previously, I found myself alongside the Demon Slayer Corps’ Hashira, being hauled towards Muzan’s dominion, the Infinity Castle. This ever-evolving landscape promises formidable challenges that could make history for our Corps, and guess who’s ready to embrace this epic journey? None other than the boar-headed, masked swordsman, Inosuke! As he plummets into the castle, his enthusiasm for the upcoming battle is palpable, fueled by his recent victory over the Hashira training. With his newfound strength from recent workouts, Inosuke is now a character to keep an eye on in what could potentially become the greatest anime trilogy ever told.
Inosuke To The Rescue
To support the launch of the initial installment of a forthcoming trilogy, the Japanese actor who voices Inosuke, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, has unveiled a fresh glimpse at the exclusive movie passes linked to Infinity Castle. Without revealing any spoilers, Yoshitsugu is certainly in for a tough act in these concluding three films. Although Inosuke was missing during the Swordsmith Village Arc, it’s been a while since he encountered a real demon, but the Infinity Castle will present him with numerous tests.

The Infinity Castle: The Beginning of The End
Anticipation builds as we approach the date when Demon Slayer: The Infinity Castle premieres in Japan. Unfortunately, fans in the West have a bit more waiting to do before Tanjiro and his companions return to the big screen. In Japan, the movie is set for release on July 18th this summer, but North American viewers will need to wait until September 12th this fall to watch it. At present, the shonen series hasn’t specified when the subsequent two films will debut, though they are expected to make significant contributions to the anime universe.
The initial film for the series Demon Slayer, titled Mugen Train, has retained the title as the highest-grossing anime movie ever made, earning a staggering sum at the box office in the hundreds of millions. This monumental success led Ufotable to produce several compilation films drawn from the episodes of the TV show. The Infinity Castle, with its exclusive content, presents a strong case for surpassing Mugen Train’s profits, given that this trilogy signifies the conclusion of the popular shonen anime.
