Demon Slayer confirms release date for Infinity Castle arc movies

In 2025, there’s a strong possibility that the franchise might duplicate its box office triumph, as instead of broadcasting a traditional fifth season, Demon Slayer is planning to release a three-part movie series. This trilogy will delve into the Infinity Castle arc, which originates from the original manga by author and illustrator Koyoharu Gotouge.

The initial part of the trilogy is set to make its debut in Japan on the 18th of July, 2025.

It’s anticipated that the films will become available for global streaming on Crunchyroll following their cinema debut.

In a nutshell, the fourth season of Demon Slayer served as an introduction to the climax of the story, focusing on the Hashira Training arc. Compared to the lengthy 26-episode first season, this one was brief, consisting of just eight episodes.
