Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate Outlines Kepler, New Abilities and More in New Developer Video

In the latest livestream by Bungie, they unveiled a sneak peek of the upcoming expansion for Destiny 2, titled The Edge of Fate. The event featured exciting revelations such as the introduction of the Heavy Crossbow and rocket-boosted Pulse Rifles, along with other surprises. Additionally, they provided a video demonstrating what players can anticipate on Kepler, including navigation tips.

The newly discovered location is a spot influenced by The Nine, where a human race, known as the Aionians, have established their home. Additionally, you’ll encounter the Exiled Eliksni House, tainted by Dark Matter and governed by a new Archon. Meanwhile, Guardians can utilize Dark Matter to develop fresh movement skills – Matterspark transforms you into an Arc energy orb, while Mattermorph generates platforms.

With the latest Relocator device, you can potentially navigate through the Fallen’s system. As you acquire new enhancements, you’ll be able to adapt these functions for battle, such as deploying a Matterspark ability anywhere within Kepler or immobilizing targets using Mattermorph.

It appears that the central enigma revolves around a puzzling singularity at Kepler’s core, and let’s hope it won’t be another resemblance to The Veil 2.0. Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate is set to release on July 15th, with the second Developer Livestream scheduled for next week, so keep an eye out for further updates.
