Approaching his 99th birthday on the 13th of December, he has revealed some tips on maintaining a youthful appearance in the past.
He confessed, “I frequently ponder, ‘Why have I managed to live this long?’, and I just can’t seem to find an answer.” The only thing he believes might explain it is that he’s always been committed to exercise. To this day, we still go to the gym three times a week for a workout. He thinks this must be the key because he doesn’t pay much attention to his diet and other lifestyle factors. Maintaining a lean physique has likely contributed to his longevity.
