Cassie Ventura is disclosing disturbing accounts about the rumored “unusual” sexual gatherings of Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The singer known for “Must Be Love” (previously romantically linked with Combs for a decade prior to their 2018 separation) recently discussed her past drug use during the alleged orgies, which are currently at the heart of Combs’ ongoing federal sex trafficking trial in New York.
As I testified in court on May 14th, I openly admitted that ketamine was our preferred substance when engaging in the unconventional encounters we referred to as “freak offs” with sex workers, as reported by NBC News, who had a journalist present during the proceedings.
“Ketamine, Sean had it,” Ventura said. “It took time out of the freak off.”
She chose to utilize ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic injectable drug, because it was her preferred option due to its strong ability to cause dissociation.
According to the Drug Enforcement Administration, ketamine produces hallucinatory sensations that can make users feel disassociated or out of touch with reality, as well as giving them a sense of losing control. Alternatively, it causes patients to feel detached from their physical pain and surroundings.
In simpler terms, Ventura stated under oath that she engaged in intimate acts with other men upon the instructions of Combs, who observed and derived pleasure from it during their so-called “competitions.” She also mentioned this was happening while she was pregnant with her third child, married to Alex Fine.
During the trial, Ventura acknowledged several photos of sex workers believed to be involved in the alleged incidents known as “freak offs.” She explained that she didn’t recall all their names, but she did recognize some as “Ash,” “Islander,” “Sklyer,” and “Jake” from the website Cowboys 4 Angels, according to NBC News.
“Don’t remember his name,” she said of one image. “He looks familiar from ‘freak offs.'”
Besides ketamine, there are other substances that authorities have alleged Combs, who denies the charges of racketeering, sex trafficking through force, fraud or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution, has used illicitly.
In February, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones claimed that Bad Boy Records founder Sean Combs supposedly made his household staff maintain pink cocaine – a mix of ecstasy and cocaine, as per Jones’ sexual harassment lawsuit against Combs – according to reports from TopMob News.
According to the lawsuit, it is alleged that Combs’ chief of staff instructed all employees, from the butler to the housekeepers, to carry a pouch or fanny pack containing substances such as cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana gummies (ranging from 100 – 250 mg’s each), and Tuci (also known as pink cocaine).

It’s important to note that the rapper, currently facing allegations of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution, has also been implicated in the use of substances other than ketamine.
According to prosecutors’ statements, during the alleged sex parties, Combs reportedly provided several types of controlled substances to the participants in order to maintain their obedience and compliance. As stated in the indictment obtained by TopMob News, after these events (often referred to as “Freak Offs”), Combs and the participants usually received intravenous fluids for recovery from the physical strain and drug consumption.
In February, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones claimed that while Bad Boy Records founder Sean Combs resided there from 2022 to 2023, he allegedly demanded his household staff to maintain a supply of pink cocaine (a mix of ecstasy and cocaine) in the home. This claim was made in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Jones against Combs, as reported by TopMob News.
According to the lawsuit, it is alleged that Combs’ top aide instructed all staff members, from the butler to the housekeepers, to carry bags or belts containing drugs such as cocaine, GHB, ecstasy, marijuana-infused gummies (ranging from 100 to 250 milligrams each), and Tuci (also known as pink cocaine).
Besides refuting any involvement in the sex trafficking case, Combs additionally dismissed Jones’ accusations in the independent lawsuit.
In a statement made to NBC News, Erica Wolff, Mr. Jones’s attorney, stated that his lawsuit is entirely fictional and an unscrupulous attempt to generate publicity swiftly and secure a settlement. It was emphasized that Mr. Jones did not experience any threats, grooming, assault, or trafficking.

On the second day of her testimony, Cassie Ventura described in detail the hotel assault that occurred in 2016, which was previously shown on security camera footage and broadcasted by CNN in May 2024.
She declared that Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly hurled a vase at her following his attempt to depart from the Intercontinental Hotel prematurely, which also involved a physical altercation with her.
During his testimony on May 14th, Ventura explained that the vase appeared to be moving towards him. It struck the wall instead of him. He was yelled at by someone, though he can’t recall the specific words used. He believes the person was addressing him with something other than his name.
However, she said that Combs told her “that I wasn’t going to leave him, that I couldn’t.”
Following the unfortunate hotel incident, I found myself stepping onto the red carpet for the premiere of “The Perfect Match” sporting visible bruises on my face and body alongside Mr. Combs. To conceal my blackened eye and swollen lip, I had to apply a generous layer of makeup. Moreover, I had multiple bruises on my legs, which led me to adjust my outfit for the occasion.
Cassie Ventura declared on May 13, 2021, that Sean “Diddy” Combs physically assaulted her in a Los Angeles hotel corridor back in March 2016, due to his anger over her leaving a private event they called a “freak off.” (Footage of the incident, captured by hotel security cameras, was made public by CNN in 2024. However, the defense’s attempt to keep this video out of evidence was not successful.)
Ventura explained to the court that he decided to depart, following which Sean pursued him into the corridor, seized him, pushed him down, kicked him, and then forcibly returned him to the room and took his belongings.
Instead of participating, she found herself in a situation where she didn’t want to, as she had a movie premiere scheduled just a few days later and wished to avoid any potential conflicts with Combs. In her words, “If I could appease him by going along with his request,” Ventura said, “then my premiere would run smoothly.
After receiving a black eye from him, she expressed that all she could think about was exiting the situation safely. With her premiere approaching, she didn’t want to compromise it in any way. Following his shove into the hallway, Ventura mentioned that she remained on the ground because she didn’t wish for him to cause any further harm than he had already inflicted.
Testified Ventura that she consumed alcohol and ecstasy during her initial sexual encounter with an escort in the presence of Combs. To endure “freak offs,” she admitted to using marijuana, ketamine, mushrooms, or whichever drug was most popular at the time as a means of coping.
“I couldn’t imagine myself doing any of that without having some sort of buffer,” she said.
Occasionally, she’d retch violently during a heated argument, as Ventura explained, and Combs urged me to stand up and keep going.
She expressed to Combs that the “freakish incidents” left her feeling “awful” and “valueless,” as Ventura put it, but he seemed to downplay her worries.
Following an unexpected incident, it appears that baby oil was spread throughout the hotel room, according to Ventura’s testimony. If Combs had asked someone to urinate on her, stains might be present on the bedsheets. Additionally, if she happened to be menstruating at the time, there could potentially be blood stains not only on the sheets but also on the furniture.
According to Ventura, experiencing being urinated on left her feeling deeply embarrassed. She described the incident as revolting and overwhelming. She struggled, wishing she wasn’t in such a situation, yet found herself unable to escape it easily.
According to Ventura, it was something that excited him, which led to the event taking place. When Emily A. Johnson, the prosecutor, asked why she didn’t resist Combs’ instructions in these situations, she explained that she believed it was clear that she didn’t want to comply with them.
On May 13, Ventura stated that Combs instructed her and the other “freak off” performers to apply baby oil all over their bodies.
She stated in court that Sean preferred it hot and sparkling,” she said, “so we reapplied every five minutes.
At a surprising gathering held at the Montage Beverly Hills, Ventura recounted that Combs requested her to enter an inflatable pool brimming with baby oil, all while she was dressed.
She didn’t feel like it, but if it was something Combs really desired, then that was what would transpire, she clarified. “We employed a total of ten standard-sized bottles of baby oil,” she added.
On May 13th, Ventura disclosed to prosecutors that during their ten-year romance’s initial phase, Combs suggested incorporating voyeurism into their intimate encounters. This started when she arranged for an escort and set up the scenario so she could perform for Combs, who would observe her with another person.
In the end, she found herself making a living by organizing what Combs referred to as “freak offs,” sexual performances that could go on for as long as 96 hours, if not more.
She remembered, “At first, Sean arranged everything, including making the necessary arrangements in our hotel room, as I later found out.
Ventura said that her “stomach churned” when he first proposed the experience.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: “I hadn’t initially grasped the appeal, but I found myself drawn to take on the task. I was perplexed, apprehensive, yet deeply enamored and yearning to bring joy to him. It wasn’t an action I actively sought out, especially not with such frequency, but my love for him compelled me.
She admitted, “At some point, I felt I didn’t have much of a choice.”
In a statement, Ventura claimed that Combs frequently displayed aggressive behavior towards her during their on-again, off-again relationship between 2007 and 2018.
She told the jury that indeed the disagreements were fierce, often escalating into acts of violence such as hitting her, toppling her, pulling her, and kicking her.
She mentioned that her injuries were frequently noticeable, stating, “I’d develop lumps on my forehead, have swollen eyes – both black and red – and sport a variety of bruises across my entire body.
On May 13th, with Ventura set to testify following Daniel Philip, Combs’ legal team asked for her to be positioned on the witness stand prior to the jury’s entrance, given that she is eight months pregnant.
Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo expressed to the judge that he perceives a biased aspect in the situation, stating, “Beauty and wonder are inherent in pregnancy. It also carries the capacity to elicit empathy from others.
It was evident that Ventura’s legal team had failed in their initial request when he joined the case later, as the jury had already been selected.
On one particular instance when Ventura didn’t promptly respond to Combs’ call, Philip testified on May 12th that Combs angrily hurled a bottle of liquor in her proximity, then forcefully grabbed her by the hair and propelled her into the bedroom. “She was screaming,” Philip recalled, and from where I was in the next room, it sounded like he was striking her. Philip added that he heard Combs say, “I told you to come here, you come here now, not later.” (As a dedicated follower, I witnessed this event.)
Phillip said he was “terrified” and did not intervene.
He additionally declared that he caught pieces of a conversation that seemed to be Sean Combs physically attacking Chris Ventura in another incident at the Essex House hotel in New York. “I heard her crying, ‘I’m sorry, I’m sorry,’ someone was being struck and shoved around the room,” Philip stated. “Peeking around the corner, I saw Mr. Combs exit the hotel completely, he might have had a towel wrapped around him.
Ventura exited the room and leaped onto Philip’s lap, as he testified. “She essentially tried to reassure me that ‘everything’s fine’ and ‘I’ll be alright,'” Philip added. “To which I responded, ‘This isn’t fine and you need professional assistance.’
“I tried to explain to her that she was in real danger if she stayed with him,” Phillip said.
In response to inquiry from prosecutor Maureen Comey about why he didn’t contact the authorities, Philip stated that he perceived Combs as someone who wielded immense power. He implied that, even if he had reported the situation to the police, there was a risk that his life might still be endangered.
In my capacity as a lifestyle advisor, I find it necessary to clarify an event from my past. During the year 2012, at Manhattan’s Gramercy Hotel, I was involved in an incident where I received a substantial sum for a private encounter with Ventura. This encounter took place under the observation of Sean Combs, who was disguised but easily identifiable by his distinctive voice.
In the courtroom, Phillip stated that Ventura promised to give him a tip upon leaving, but instead, they engaged in sexual activity and mutually applied baby oil for a short while. Meanwhile, Combs remained seated in a corner, pleasuring himself.
Afterward, the witness continued, Ventura gave him “a couple of thousand more.”
Over the following year, Philip claimed he received several instances of being invited to meet both Ventura and Combs at various hotels and their homes in New York on separate occasions. He alleged that Combs videotaped him and Ventura during one or two sexual encounters, and on certain occasions, Combs would interrupt and engage in sexual activities with Ventura while Philip was present.
2023 saw Ventura filing a lawsuit against her former partner, accusing him of both sexual assault and physical abuse. She claimed that Combs compelled her into having intimate relations with male escorts.
According to Florez’s statement, Ventura appeared frightened. She was huddled in a corner, with her hood up and hidden beneath it. Her face was mostly concealed, and I could barely see it. On the ground lay the remnants of a shattered flower vase.
After Ventura departed from the hotel, Florez stated that she had a noticeable purple eye. Following her exit, Florez and the desk manager went up to the room to discuss “hotel regulations” with Combs, according to his account. As per Florez’s narrative, Combs believed the manager was video recording him on his phone, and when he attempted to seize it, Florez stated that Combs tried to grab his own phone in response. Eventually, Florez said he restrained Combs against a wall. “We informed him we were not recording him,” Florez testified, “and diffused the situation.
In court, the prosecution played back the slowed-down version of the surveillance footage from May 2024, which showed Combs seemingly striking, kicking, and pulling Ventura – an incident the defense had earlier claimed was exaggerated due to speeding up. Additionally, the jury watched a video that Florez captured on his phone when he responded to an emergency call concerning a distressed woman on the sixth floor.
According to Florez, he chose not to contact the police immediately since Ventura refused to discuss what had occurred and simply wished to depart.
As a dedicated follower of duty, I, Israel Florez, served as a security officer at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles when the unfortunate incident involving Combs and Ventura unfolded on March 5, 2016. In her opening statement, Geragos referred to the surveillance footage of this altercation – initially released by CNN in May 2024 – as “compelling evidence of domestic violence,” yet it was not primarily about instances of sex trafficking or infidelity uncovered on a mobile device.
On May 12th, Florez stated under oath that he observed signs of a dispute happening on the day in question, and subsequently, Combs allegedly gave him a pile of cash to overlook the incident.
During questioning, Florez stated that he was absolutely certain the gesture was intended by Combs as an attempt at bribery.
In her initial remarks, defense lawyer Teny Geragos expressed that the prosecution was attempting to transform what was consensual sexual activity into a case of sex trafficking. However, he asserted that this strategy would be unsuccessful.
“Sean Combs is a complicated man,” she said, “but this is not a complicated case.”
In essence, Geragos stated that the matter at hand concerns Sean Combs’ private, intimate sexual activities. However, these aspects of his personal life are irrelevant and unconnected to his legitimate business dealings.
During the trial, she informed the court that her client exhibited aggressive behavior, used illicit substances, and struggled with anger management. However, it’s important to note that he is not on trial for being unkind or rude. The charges do not pertain to him being a jerk.
According to Geragos, “The evidence will portray an individual with many flaws, but it won’t prove they are involved in racketeering, sex trafficking, or transportation for prostitution.
Assistant District Attorney Emily Johnson claimed that Defendant Combs orchestrated an extensive team of employees to perform unlawful activities, such as multi-day “wild parties” (often referred to as “freak offs”), as reported by journalists from NBC News who were present in the courtroom and cited the federal indictment.
On occasion, he referred to himself as a king and demanded special treatment to fulfill his every whim,” she explained to the court. “He exploited his businesses to coerce women into intimate acts with male escorts in his presence. He and his close associates ensured that all of his desires were met.
Johnson commenced her presentation to the jury by painting Combs as an extraordinarily impactful individual who oversaw a criminal organization.
John asserted to the jury that an instance of his supposed criminal behavior was evident when Combs, the founder of Bad Boys Record, allegedly pursued Ventura one evening following news of her new romantic involvement with someone else. According to Johnson, Combs then brutally assaulted her, delivering kicks to her back and tossing her around recklessly, similar to a carelessly discarded doll.
He warned her, stating that if she disobeys him once more, he would expose videos of her engaging in intimate acts with male escorts – memories of the most embarrassing moments of her past,” she went on.
The prosecutor alleged that Combs’ inner circle covered up “crime after crime.”
The lead judge, Arun Subramanian, expressed his belief to the jury that the trial might come to an end by the Fourth of July. He mentioned his hopefulness that the trial would be completed by then, although he noted it could extend beyond that date, but he doesn’t anticipate it will.
On his first court day for the sex trafficking trial on May 12, Janice Combs, his mother, and six of his oldest children were by his side.
Quincy Brown, Christian “King” Combs, Jessie Combs, D’Lila Combs (Kim Porter’s kids), Justin Combs (Misa Hylton’s son), and Chance Combs (Sarah Chapman’s daughter) – all his children – had the opportunity to embrace their father before he met with his lawyers.
In their agreement, both the prosecution and Drew Brees’ legal team opted for a jury consisting of eight males and four females. Additionally, they chose four male and two female alternates for potential use during the trial.
Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ lawyer, contended that the prosecution appeared to be deliberately excluding prospective Black jurors. He suggested this action could form a pattern, and urged the judge to require an explanation for the dismissals.
In response to the allegations, Prosecutor Maurene Ryan Comey stated, “We’ve acted impartially throughout, and our jury is diverse, featuring several non-white members.
This jury of twelve hails from New York City or Westchester, and their diverse professions range from acting and massage therapy to investment analysis, scientific research, and deli work. There’s also an investment analyst, a scientist, a deli clerk, a nursing home aide, a communications clerk at a correctional facility, a retired banker, another retiree from the telecommunications industry, a physician assistant, a social worker, a logistics analyst, and a treatment coordinator. The ages of the jury members span from 30 to 74 years old.
