As I delve deeper into this intricate web of events surrounding Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, I can’t help but feel a sense of dismay and concern. The man who once seemed invincible, a titan in the music industry, now finds himself entangled in a tangled mess of accusations and legal battles.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing allegations of another violent crime.
Ashley Parham, a woman, claims in a recent lawsuit (reported by TopMob News) that the music tycoon, who is now imprisoned due to charges related to racketeering, prostitution, and sex trafficking, allegedly sexually assaulted her as retribution for her claim that he was connected to the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur.
Based on the October 15th report, it is stated that Parham encountered a man named Shane Pearce (who shares co-defendant status with Combs) at a bar in 2018. Reportedly, Pearce made a call to Combs via FaceTime while they were outside the establishment. In Parham’s presence, she expressed her lack of admiration for him knowing Defendant Diddy because she thought that Defendant Diddy played a role in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.
Later, Parham claims that Combs overheard the comments and, during a FaceTime call, Combs threatened to “punish” Parham for the accusation and her overall negative response towards Combs.
Next month, according to Parham, Pearce invited her to his residence to help manage his cancer treatments. That’s when Combs showed up accompanied by a bodyguard, two female companions, a friend, and his chauffeur who stayed outside.
Parham alleges that Pearce arranged for her to visit his house, intending to orchestrate an assault on her at the hands of Combs, as retaliation for comments she made a month earlier.
The lawsuit claims that Parham asserts Combs menaced her with a knife, suggesting he would inflict a “Glasgow smile” – a wound stretching from one corner of the victim’s mouth to their ears.
From there, Parham claims Combs removed her clothes and raped her with a TV remote, drugged her, and then proceeded to gang rape her alongside Pearce, Combs’ bodyguard and his friend (the latter two of whom are referred to as Doe 1 and Doe 2 in the filing).
The document states that Combs reportedly made threats against Parham during the incident, saying they could transport her anywhere globally and she’d never be able to reunite with her family or anyone familiar ever again. He also allegedly threatened to offer her as a commodity to prospective clients for illicit sexual activities.
TopMob News has reached out to lawyers for Parham and Combs but has not received comment.
Parham’s lawsuit is among several that have been submitted against Combs, following his arrest in September.
A day prior to Parham’s court filing, five lawsuits had been lodged against the rapper, as reported by NBC News from the documents they obtained. These complaints, made on behalf of three men and two women, were all anonymous. The accusations ranged from incidents occurring between 1995 and 2021.
As a committed follower of the news, I’ve come across reports that claim a series of allegations have been made against a certain individual. Among these accusations are those of sexual assault and rape, one of which comes from a woman who asserts that she was sexually assaulted and raped by this person in a Manhattan hotel room when she was 19 years old.
120 accusers have filed lawsuits, with Tony Buzbee, a previous representative attorney, being among them regarding accusations made against a 54-year-old individual.
Concerning the recently unveiled suits, he shared on Instagram on October 14th: “We will allow the accusations in the pending lawsuits to stand on their own merit, and strive for justice. We anticipate submitting numerous additional lawsuits over the coming weeks, which will include Mr. Combs and others as defendants, as we amass more evidence and prepare our cases.
Regarding Combs, his defense team has consistently asserted his innocence as more accusations surfaced.
As a dedicated follower speaking on my own behalf, I told TopMob News in a statement issued last October that it’s impossible for Mr. Combs to address every groundless accusation amidst the sensationalized media frenzy. However, I want to make it clear that he firmly and unequivocally denies any allegations of sexual misconduct, particularly those involving minors. He is eager to establish his innocence and clear his name in court should any claims be officially filed and served. The truth will prevail in a court of law, based on solid evidence rather than conjecture.

Following the not guilty plea I entered for sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges on September 17th, my legal team has put forward a $50 million bond package. This package includes a portion of the equity in my Miami residence, as well as my mother’s home, while also restricting my travel to specific regions within Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
According to a letter acquired by TopMob News, the defense proposed to guide the court step-by-step through the actions undertaken by Mr. Combs during the previous six months, demonstrating that he is neither a flight risk nor a threat to the safety of the community.
As a seasoned lifestyle guide, I’m here to share updates from the world of law and order. In this case, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky has made a ruling that, regrettably, I must abide by. She declined the request for bail and instructed that Combs should be kept in custody. At present, he is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
In simpler terms, “He’s not flawless,” stated Marc Agnifilo in court, as reported by NBC New York. “There have been instances of drug use. He has been involved in harmful relationships.
Consequently, he stated, his client was undergoing “care and counseling for issues that require such care and counseling.
In essence, his spirits are high, the attorney shared with reporters following court on September 17. He exudes confidence.
During the searches of Combs’ residences in Los Angeles and Miami in March 2024, over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and personal lubricant were confiscated, as stated in a 14-page indictment that was made public on September 17.
According to the charges, I’ve been hoarding oil and lubricants for what they call “freak-offs,” a term he used for these gatherings where I, allegedly, manipulated and intimidated women into participating in sexual activities against their will, as well as hiring male sex workers.
In the TMZ documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, his attorney Agnifilo expressed confusion about why such a large number as 1,000 was mentioned. He further pondered aloud that since Diddy already has a spacious home and often purchases items in bulk, it seems unnecessary for him to require such a vast amount. He also pointed out that there are Costco stores wherever Diddy owns property.
In response, Costco made clear that none of its US locations stock baby oil. They communicated this to TMZ through a statement.
In May 2024, CNN broadcasted a hotel surveillance video from 2016 that seemed to depict Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, allegedly attacking his girlfriend Cassie, whose birth name is Cassandra Ventura. The incident in question corresponded with an assault claim made in the lawsuit she filed against him on November 16, 2023. On the following day, both parties announced they had reached a settlement.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, I confessed I’d hit an all-time low. I was utterly shattered, struggling like never before. Yet, I won’t hide or make excuses. The footage that surfaced shows me at my worst, and the actions in that video are beyond unacceptable. I own up to it, taking full accountability for my regrettable behavior.
During a September 18th hearing for Combs’ second bail request, Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson stated (as reported by NBC News), that Combs is claimed to have sent a text in the aftermath of the assault which said, “Give me a call, the police are here.” Another message allegedly read, “I have six children. Call me, I’m surrounded.
Johnson didn’t mention Cassie’s name during the court proceedings. Instead, she testified that Combs’ alleged victim responded via text message, “I find it disturbing that you consider your actions acceptable.
Bail was once again denied, this time by U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr.
On October 3rd, due to unavailability to set a trial date, the Combs case was transferred to Judge Arun Subramanian.
During an Oct. 10 status hearing, Subramanian set a trial date of May 5, 2025.
Lawyer Johnson informed the judge that the trial might stretch on for approximately three weeks, however, she also mentioned that there’s a chance a new indictment could bring additional accusations against Combs.
Agnifilo said in court they’d need about a week to put on their case.
In the TMZ documentary, the attorney stated that Combs was eager to take the stand and present his side of the case personally.
Agnifilo stated, ‘I’m not sure if I can prevent him from testifying, he seems quite enthusiastic about sharing his account.’
