Sean “Diddy” Combs has a new look as he awaits trial on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
On March 14, the founder of Bad Boy Records made an appearance in court, sporting gray hair and a gray beard. He maintained his innocence when faced with a more serious charge linked to his ongoing federal case, which alleged instances of forced labor against him.
During the New York court hearing, where cameras weren’t permitted, Diddy (Combs), who has refuted all charges made against him in the trial, was portrayed with salt-and-pepper hair and wearing a beige jumpsuit in court drawings.
Apart from him, his mother named Janice Combs, along with his sons Christian “King” Combs, aged 26, and Chance Combs, who is 19, were present as well. The entire family was snapped together, holding hands, as they exited the courthouse.
At the present moment, Combs is still being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Correctional Center, as he has not been granted bail on several occasions. His incarceration dates back to his arrest in September.
How has Combs been adapting to life within the confines of prison? According to his lawyer Marc Agnifilo, he expressed that the food might be the most challenging aspect of it.
Nonetheless, Agnifilo asserted earlier that Combs continues to prioritize his ongoing legal matter. Indeed, a court document acquired by TopMob News in December indicated that the 55-year-old received a laptop for the purpose of examining documents related to his trial.
The court has instructed the MDC to grant Defendant access to the Discovery Laptop for seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This access can be provided either in the visiting room of his unit or through the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) room.
The document also highlighted that it would be prudent for Combs’ lawyers to be aware of the contents on the laptop, since the rapper is not living in isolation within his unit.
According to the document, it seems clear that the court believes the laptop was initially filled with evidence materials for review, yet it lacks any other usable functions.
The process of selecting the jury for the Combs trial will commence on May 5, a week prior to the planned delivery of opening statements.

On March 25th, federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) carried out search warrants at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami, as confirmed by multiple law enforcement sources to NBC News. The warrant originated from the Southern District of New York, and an HSI New York spokesperson verified to TopMob News that they executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI teams in Los Angeles, Miami, and local law enforcement partners. At the time of the search warrants, it was reported that Combs was in the Miami area.
News emerged regarding an investigation following accusations of sexual misconduct against Combs, which started with lawsuits filed by several accusers in November. Despite these allegations, the musician has denied them vehemently and stated his intention to defend himself, his family, and the truth. In a December statement shared on Instagram, he wrote, “Despicable claims have been made against me by people seeking a financial windfall. I want it explicitly clear: I am not responsible for any of the terrible acts being alleged. I will vigorously fight to protect my reputation, my family, and the truth.
A day following the execution of search warrants at both Sean Combs’ L.A. and Miami residences, his legal representative, Aaron Dyer, issued a statement to TopMob News. He criticized the excessive use of military-style force during the searches, stating that there was no justification for the aggressive display by law enforcement or the manner in which they treated Combs’ children and employees. Dyer also emphasized that Combs himself was not detained but willingly spoke with and cooperated with authorities. The lawyer further clarified that neither Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested, nor has their freedom to travel been limited in any way. He described the search as an unexpected and coordinated media attack on Combs, labeling it a witch hunt based on unfounded allegations made in civil lawsuits.
Dyer conveyed that Combs intends to stand up for himself, stating there’s been no proof of either criminal or civil wrongdoing regarding the accusations made against him. He further asserted that Combs is innocent and will persistently work towards proving his innocence daily.
During the searches, it was reported by several law enforcement sources who have knowledge of the warrant, that authorities from the Department of Homeland Security confiscated phones from Combs’ residence in Miami prior to his planned trip to the Bahamas. Additionally, several other sources informed about the situation stated that firearms were found during the search.
A person with knowledge of the situation shared with NBC News that four individuals – two women and two men – were questioned by authorities from the Southern District of New York regarding accusations concerning sex trafficking, sexual misconduct, the selling and use of illicit drugs, and illegal firearms, which they claim are associated with Combs.
On the same day that search warrants were carried out at Combs’ properties in Miami and Los Angeles, one of his associates named Brendan Paul was apprehended by the Miami-Dade police on suspicion of drug possession. This information was shared with NBC News by a source acquainted with the case. The arrest affidavit obtained by NBC News states that Paul was detained for alleged possession of suspected cocaine and marijuana candies. Records show that he was released from prison on March 26 after posting bond. In response, Paul’s attorney Brian Bieber stated, “We will not be trying this case in the media; all matters will be addressed in court.” Later in May, Paul agreed to a plea deal, as confirmed by his lawyer Bieber to People magazine: “Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to enter into a diversion program. Upon completion of the program, the entire case against him will be dismissed.
On September 16, 2024, as reported by NBC News, an arrest occurred in the lobby of a New York hotel. The individual in question is Diddy (Combs), but the specific charges against him have yet to be disclosed. It remains uncertain whether this arrest has any links to recent raids that were conducted.
Mr. Combs’ legal representative, Marc Agnifilo, expressed disappointment over the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s decision to pursue a prosecution they consider unjust. In their view, Mr. Combs is not a criminal despite his imperfections. Notably, Mr. Combs has been fully cooperative with the investigation and even moved to New York last week in preparation for these charges.
In my line of work as a lifestyle expert, I must share the news that on September 17, following his arrest based on a sealed indictment, the charges against Sean Combs were made public. At 54 years old, he stands accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking under duress, and transportation for prostitution, as per court documents obtained by NBC News.
The indictment claims that Combs exploited, intimidated, and coerced numerous individuals to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his image, and conceal his actions for over a decade. The alleged misconduct is said to have begun around 2008, according to prosecutors.
The documents further state that Combs leveraged the employees, resources, and influence of his extensive business empire to create a criminal enterprise. This organization, it’s claimed, engaged in various illicit activities, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
As reported by NBC News, Combs asserted his innocence in court and was not granted bail. Prior to the hearing, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, expressed to journalists outside the courthouse that Combs will vigorously contest the charges with all his strength, having complete faith in his legal team.
After his apprehension, Combs was detained at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, where he was refused bail set at $50 million. The influential figure in music industry was also kept under suicide precautions, a practice often applied to high-profile prisoners, as confirmed by a source to TopMob News. However, he has since been removed from this watch.
A reliable source informed NBC News that he was given the same section of the prison as Sam Bankman-Fried, known for his involvement in cryptocurrency fraud.
34-year-old comedian Jeff Wittek recently admitted that he was present at one of Diddy’s infamous “wild parties” held in a Miami mansion, approximately around the year 2010.
According to Wittek, it towered about eight floors tall and continued ascending, and as we climbed higher, the oddities became more pronounced. (On Jeff FM)
He went on to say, “I witnessed an explicit sexual act that evening, which was a first for me throughout my life. Did I participate? Absolutely not. However, I ended up getting extremely intoxicated instead.
As Wittek put it, “It’s just crazy. I was literally there. I lived through it.”
During a press conference on October 1st, lawyer Tony Buzbee revealed that a total of 120 individuals have made fresh accusations of sexual assault against the rapper.
At a joint news conference with NBC News, Buzbee stated that the accusations against Combs encompass:
1. Alleged violent sexual misconduct or rape.
2. Accusations of arranging sexual encounters involving controlled substances.
3. Sharing of video recordings (implied to be explicit).
4. Claims of inappropriate behavior towards minors, which falls under the category of sexual abuse.
Later on, Erica Wolff’s legal representative made a statement regarding the accusations, stressing that Sean Combs continues to assert his innocence.
She stated, “He can’t respond to every baseless accusation, given the current sensationalized media frenzy. However, it’s important to note that Mr. Combs firmly and unequivocally denies any claim suggesting he sexually harassed anyone, particularly minors, as such allegations are false and damaging.
During a press conference on October 1st, as reported by NBC News, Tony Buzbee (Combs’ attorney) mentioned that one of the individuals accusing Combs of assault was just 9 years old at the time when the alleged incident occurred.
According to the attorney, “25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.”
In a statement shared with The Hollywood Reporter on October 6th, attorney Natlie G. Figgers, speaking on behalf of me, Janice, expressed a deeply felt sorrow. Witnessing the false judgment cast upon my son before he’s had the chance to clear his name is an agony words cannot express. It feels like watching a public execution without due process. Just as every individual deserves, my son yearns for his day in court, to voice his truth, and to establish his innocence.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to address a recent statement made by Jaguar Wright on Piers Morgan’s show, suggesting that Beyoncé and Jay-Z have more “victims” than Diddy. To set the record straight, it’s important to emphasize that both Beyoncé and Jay-Z are renowned for their professional achievements, charitable endeavors, and personal integrity. Their success is a testament to their dedication, talent, and the strong relationships they’ve built throughout their careers. In our community, we celebrate the positive impact these two icons have made and continue to make on the world.
Lawyer Alex Spiro told TMZ on Oct. 9 that “this goes beyond mere gossip or foolishness.” Instead, he characterized it as a serious and direct allegation.
In simpler terms, “Piers was instructed by their lawyer to take down the untrue claim, which he subsequently did and offered an apology.
On his October 8th broadcast, Piers stated that at the time, they weren’t available to counter or refute the allegations. However, now their attorney has reached out to us, asserting that these accusations are completely unfounded and lack any factual basis.
In the revised lawsuit initially submitted in October 2024, Ashley Parkham alleges that Odell Beckham Jr., Druski, and Combs were involved in a group sexual assault against her in 2018, which occurred in March 2025 according to the complaint.
Both men denied the claims.
