Diddy Faces New Charges in Shocking Sex Trafficking Scandal!

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal troubles continue.

A well-known figure in the music industry who has faced scandal was charged with an additional third indictment, this time containing two new accusations, which were presented by federal authorities in New York on April 3. These extra charges expand upon the ones he already faced.

Initially accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking involving force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation for prostitution back in September – accusations he had previously denied and pleaded not guilty to – the updated indictment, obtained by NBC News, includes an additional charge of sex trafficking and one of prostitution against him.

The number of reported incidents of sex trafficking and related prostitution activities has seen an increase over the years, encompassing accusations from 2021 and 2024.

The revised indictment, regarding the extra charge for sex trafficking, mentions an unidentified individual, referred to as Victim-2, and alleges that Combs actively assisted, facilitated, and compelled Victim-2 to perform commercial sex acts under duress, through deception or force.

In a subsequent point, the indictment states that Combs intentionally arranged for numerous people, such as Victim-2 and sex workers, to be transported across state and international borders several times, with the purpose being for them to participate in prostitution.

Combs is currently in prison and awaiting the start of his trial in May.

TopMob News has reached out to Combs’ attorneys for comment but has not heard back.

A revised indictment has surfaced recently, following the filing of a civil lawsuit on April 1st. As reported by TopMob News based on court documents, Joseph Manzaro claims he was drugged unwillingly, transported, and subjected to sexual abuse as a victim of a criminal network, which allegedly includes Combs and others, dating back to 2015.

In his statement, Manzaro claimed that he fainted upon encountering a slippery substance similar to Vaseline as he opened his front door, leading him to be taken to another location where an associate of Combs informed him that the rapper desired him present at a “Freak-Off” gathering.

At the event, Manzaro claims he was “compelled to be marched through various rooms full of people who were mocking and harassing him.” Later, against his will, he was undressed, forcibly cleaned, and subjected to unwanted sexual advances and activities, which allegedly caused him to lose consciousness once more.

He claims he was brutally attacked and abandoned at a different location afterwards. In his lawsuit, he mentions prominent figures like Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Gloria Estefan, Emilio Estefan, and LeBron James as witnesses. However, the attorneys and representatives for these celebrities have disputed this claim, stating that they were not present at the event when contacted by TMZ. (TopMob News had earlier attempted to get comments from their representatives but did not receive a response.)

After the filing, Combs’ lawyers countered Manzaro’s accusations by stating that the civil lawsuit showcases the extreme measures the accusers will take to gain media attention and secure a financial reward.

The implication here is that anyone reasonable, upon reading this grievance, wouldn’t believe this account. Mr. Combs eagerly anticipates his day in court, a time when the falsehoods—alongside the malicious intentions of their creators—will come to light.

On March 25th, Federal agents working under Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) carried out searches at the residences of rapper and businessman Sean “Diddy” Combs, located in Los Angeles and Miami, according to multiple sources within law enforcement who spoke with NBC News. The warrant for these searches originated from the Southern District of New York, and a representative for HSI New York confirmed to TopMob News that they were executing actions as part of an ongoing investigation, receiving assistance from HSI offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and local law enforcement partners. It was also reported by sources that Mr. Combs was present in the Miami area during the time these searches were conducted.

The investigation was announced following accusations of sexual misconduct against Combs, which were made in multiple lawsuits starting from November. He has denied these allegations, stating in a December Instagram post that “I am appalled by the baseless claims made by individuals seeking financial gain. I want to make it clear: I did not commit any of the heinous acts alleged. I will vigorously defend my name, my family, and the truth.

The day following the execution of search warrants at both P. Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami residences, his attorney, Aaron Dyer, issued a statement to TopMob News. “Yesterday, there was an excessive use of force that bordered on military-style tactics during the searches,” Dyer stated on March 26th. “There is no justification for the aggressive display of power and hostility shown by the authorities nor the manner in which his children and staff were handled.”

Dyer pointed out that Combs was not detained, but instead spoke with and cooperated with the authorities. “Contrary to media reports, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested or had their travel restricted,” the statement added. “This unexpected raid, coupled with a well-orchestrated media presence, has led to an early judgment against Mr. Combs, which is merely a witch hunt based on unfounded accusations made in civil lawsuits.

In other words, Dyer made it clear that Combs intends to prove his innocence, as there has been no evidence of guilt in the accusations against him. He further stated that Mr. Combs firmly believes in his innocence and will work tirelessly each day to establish his innocence and clear his name.

During the searches, it was reported by multiple law enforcement sources who are knowledgeable about the warrant, that authorities from the Department of Homeland Security confiscated phones from Combs’ home in Miami before he was due to travel to the Bahamas. Furthermore, several sources informed about the situation disclosed that guns were found during the search.

A person with knowledge of the situation shared with NBC News that four individuals – three women and one man – were questioned by prosecutors and investigators from the Southern District of New York concerning claims of sex trafficking, sexual misconduct, illegal drug distribution, and gun-related offenses allegedly associated with Combs.

On the same day that search warrants were carried out at Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles, one of his associates named Brendan Paul was detained by the Miami-Dade police on suspicion of drug possession, as reported by NBC News. According to the arrest affidavit from Miami-Dade, Paul was apprehended for allegedly having suspected cocaine and marijuana candies. Prison records show that he was released on March 26 after posting bond. In a statement obtained by the outlet, Paul’s lawyer, Brian Bieber, said, “We do not plan to try this case in the media; all issues will be resolved in court.” In May, Paul accepted a plea deal, with his attorney Bieber telling People, “Brendan agreed to the prosecutor’s offer to allow him into the diversion program. Upon completion of the program, the entire case against him will be dismissed.

On September 16, 2024, as reported by NBC News, he was apprehended in the foyer of a hotel in New York City. The specific charges against him remain undisclosed, and it’s uncertain whether his arrest is linked to any recent raids.

In a statement to TopMob News, lawyer Marc Agnifilo expressed his disappointment over the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s decision to pursue what they see as an unfair prosecution of Mr. Combs. They believe that, despite his imperfections, he is not a criminal. Notably, Mr. Combs has been fully cooperative with this investigation and willingly moved to New York last week in preparation for these charges.

The lawyer added, “Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Following Combs’ arrest on a previously sealed indictment, the charges against him were made public on September 17.

Court documents obtained by NBC News indicate that Combs, aged 54, is accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through force, fraud or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution.

The indictment alleges that Combs has been exploiting, threatening, and coercing women and others since around 2008 to fulfill his sexual desires, maintain his reputation, and hide his actions. Prosecutors claim this behavior formed the basis of a criminal enterprise that utilized the resources, employees, and influence of the business empire Combs led and controlled, which included crimes such as sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.

As reported by NBC News, Combs entered a plea of not guilty and was denied bail. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, stated before the court proceedings that he would fight this case with every ounce of energy and strength he has, expressing full confidence in his legal team.

After his apprehension, Combs was detained at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and refused bail amounting to $50 million. The influential figure in music industry was also kept under suicide precautions, a practice often applied for prominent prisoners, as reported by TopMob News. However, he has since been removed from this watch.

A source informed NBC News that he was placed in the same sector of the prison as Sam Bankman-Fried, who is known for his involvement in cryptocurrency fraud.

34-year-old comedian Jeff Wittek publicly disclosed on September 29th that he was present at one of Diddy’s infamous “wild bash” events, approximately in the year 2010, held in a lavish Miami residence.

On Jeff FM, Wittek described it as soaring around eight floors high, and as you ascended, the strangeness of what was happening became more and more bizarre.

He went on to say, “I witnessed an explicit act that night for the very first time in my life. To clarify, I didn’t participate, but I ended up getting quite intoxicated instead.

As Wittek put it, “It’s just crazy. I was literally there. I lived through it.”

At a press conference held on October 1st, lawyer Tony Buzbee disclosed that a total of 120 individuals have recently made accusations of sexual assault against the rapper.

During a press conference with NBC News, Buzbee stated that the accusations against Combs involve:

1. Sexual assault or rape of a violent nature.
2. Encouraging and facilitating sexual acts under the influence of controlled substances.
3. Sharing video recordings of such activities.
4. Abusing minors sexually.

A legal representative for the rapper, Erica Wolff, subsequently addressed the accusations, underscoring that Combs continues to assert his innocence.

She stated, “He can’t respond to every groundless accusation in this senseless media spectacle. However, it is important to note that Mr. Combs firmly and unequivocally denies all allegations of sexual abuse, particularly those involving minors, which he considers false and defamatory.

During a press conference held on October 1st, as reported by NBC News, Tony Buzbee, the attorney in question, stated that one of the 120 individuals accusing Combs alleged they were assaulted when they were just nine years old.

According to the attorney, “25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.”

Janice’s lawyer, Natlie G. Figgers, expressed her feelings to The Hollywood Reporter on Oct. 6, saying, “It’s heart-wrenching to watch my son being judged not based on truth, but on a false narrative. Witnessing what appears to be a public trial before he has had the chance to defend himself is an agony that words can hardly express. Just like any other individual, my son deserves his day in court, where he can finally present his perspective and demonstrate his innocence.

The legal representative for Beyoncé and Jay-Z responded following Piers Morgan’s television guest, Jaguar Wright’s remarks, suggesting that the couple may have had more victims similar to Diddy.

Lawyer Alex Spiro said to TMZ on Oct. 9 that “This isn’t just gossip or foolishness; it’s a serious, deliberate claim.

In simpler terms, Piers was instructed by their lawyer to take down the untrue claim, which he subsequently did and offered an apology.

Piers mentioned during his October 8th broadcast that they weren’t there to refute or clarify the allegations made against them. However, now it seems they have responded: their legal representative has reached out to state that these accusations are completely unfounded and lack any factual basis.

In the revised lawsuit submitted in October 2024, defendant Ashley Parkham claimed that Odell Beckham Jr., Druski, and Combs were involved in a group sexual assault against her back in 2018, which allegedly occurred in March 2025.

Both men denied the claims.

In March 2025, Combs once more stood before the court, maintaining his innocence against charges brought forth in an updated indictment. This new accusation claimed he compelled his staff to work excessively long shifts and made threats if they didn’t comply.

Following a court mandate for the anonymous plaintiff, known as Jane Doe, to reveal her identity and resubmit her lawsuit (initially filed in October 2024) against Combs for sexual assault, the case was dropped when the plaintiff failed to meet the set deadline for re-filing within the allotted time.
