Diddy FORCED Cassie?! Stripper Tells All!

In the Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking court case, a summoned witness declared that about ten years back, they were compensated for engaging in intimate activities with Cassie, who was then his girlfriend.

Daniel Philip, who used to work as an adult entertainer, declared in a New York City courtroom on May 12 that he received a substantial amount of money, approximately a few thousand dollars, to engage in intimate activities with Cassie while Combs was present during one of his performances around the years 2012 or 2013, as reported by NBC News.

Philip originally thought he would perform a striptease and depart with $200 and a tip, but Cassie proposed additional payment for him to linger a while longer. Cassie, who had an on-and-off relationship with Combs that lasted over a decade before their 2018 split, made the offer.

Ultimately, we engaged in sexual activity. For a few moments, we both applied baby oil to our bodies,” Philip testified, further explaining that Combs was “seated in a corner, self-stimulating.

TopMob News has reached out to Cassie’s reps for comment but has not heard back.

During the court proceedings that started on May 12 following a week-long jury selection process, it wasn’t a new topic when baby oil was mentioned – this had been discussed before.

In my initial remarks, I, as a lifestyle expert, would like to bring attention to an incident involving renowned personality Sean Combs, where his attorney, Teny Geragos, mentioned that authorities seized approximately one thousand bottles of baby oil from Mr. Combs’ residences during a search last year.

Geragos told the jury, as reported by NBC News, “You might be aware he’s fond of baby oil.” However, is that act a federal offense? Absolutely not!

In response, the lawyer stated that although it’s acknowledged that Combs has a history of domestic violence, he firmly asserts his innocence regarding the accusations brought forth by the prosecution – specifically those involving racketeering and facilitating prostitution.

Geragos stated that we won’t avoid acknowledging his actions, but we also won’t claim responsibility for the things he didn’t do.

On one particular instance when Cassie Ventura didn’t promptly respond to a call from Sean “Diddy” Combs, as stated by Daniel Phillip, Combs allegedly threw a bottle of liquor in her vicinity, then forcefully grabbed her by the hair and dragged her into a bedroom. According to Phillip, Ventura was heard screaming, and from another room, it sounded like Combs was slapping her. Phillip also mentioned that he overheard Combs saying, “I tell you to come here, you come here now, not later.

Phillip said he was “terrified” and did not intervene.

He also stated under oath that on another instance at the Essex House hotel in New York, he heard what seemed like Combs physically abusing Cassie. “I distinctly recall her saying, ‘I’m sorry, I’m sorry,’ followed by sounds of someone being struck and moved roughly within the room,” Philip recounted. “Peeking around the corner, I observed Mr. Combs exiting the hotel without any clothes, possibly wrapped in a towel.

Cassie exited the room and leaped onto Philip’s lap, as he stated in his testimony. “She seemed to be attempting to assure me that everything was fine,” Philip added, “and she insisted, ‘I’m alright’ and ‘I will be alright.’ I replied, ‘This is not acceptable, and you need professional assistance.’

“I tried to explain to her that she was in real danger if she stayed with him,” Phillip said.

Under questioning from prosecutor Maureen Comey, Philip explained that he didn’t contact the police because he viewed Combs as a figure with immense influence. He added that, in his opinion, even if he had reported the matter to the authorities, there was a possibility that his own life might still have been at risk.

Daniel Philip, who claimed he was operating a male strip show at the time, testified that he received “a few thousand dollars” for engaging in sexual activities with Cassie while Diddy (Sean Combs) observed at New York’s Gramercy Hotel in 2012. Philip identified Combs by his voice despite him wearing a robe, a baseball cap, and a bandanna concealing his face.

According to Philip’s statement at the trial, Cassie promised to tip him later and said that she would do so upon her departure. The events unfolded, leading to them engaging in sexual activity. As per his testimony, they applied baby oil on each other for a while. It is important to note that during this incident, Philip stated that he observed Combs sitting in a corner, apparently masturbating.

Afterward, the witness continued, Cassie gave him “a couple of thousand more.”

Philip shared that during the following year, he received numerous invitations for similar experiences with Cassie and Combs at various hotels as well as their homes in New York. He claimed that Combs filmed him and Cassie having intimate moments on one or two occasions. At times, Combs would interrupt and also engage in sexual activities with Cassie when Philip was present.

In the 2023 court case where she accused her former partner of sexual assault and domestic violence, Cassie claimed that he compelled her into engaging in sexual acts with hired males.

According to Florez, Cassie appeared frightened. She huddled in the corner, her hood pulled over her head for concealment. Her face remained hidden as she stayed largely in the corner of the room. A shattered flower vase lay on the ground nearby.

After Cassie departed from the hotel, Florez mentioned she had a swollen or bruised eye. Later on, when she was absent, Florez and the desk manager went up to the room where Combs was staying to discuss the hotel regulations, according to Florez. As Florez narrated, Combs believed the manager was video recording him on his phone, and he attempted to take it. When Combs tried to seize Florez’s own phone in response, Florez stated that he restrained Combs against a wall. “We informed him we weren’t recording him,” Florez testified, “and managed to de-escalate the situation.

In court, the prosecution played back the slowed-down version of the security footage, which originally aired by CNN in May 2024, showing an incident where it appears that Combs is striking, kicking, and pulling Cassie. Earlier, the defense had argued that the initial clip was fast-forwarded, making the altercation seem more violent than it actually was. Additionally, the jury was presented with a video taken by Florez on his phone when he answered a distress call from the sixth floor.

Florez stated that he chose not to contact the police immediately since Cassie refused to discuss what had taken place and expressed a desire to depart.

In his previous role as a security officer at the InterContinental Hotel, Los Angeles Police Officer Israel Florez, was present during the altercation between Diddy (Sean Combs) and Cassie on March 5, 2016. During the trial, Geragos emphasized that footage of the attack, initially broadcasted by CNN in May 2024, served as substantial proof of domestic violence. However, it was not related to allegations of sex trafficking; rather, it stemmed from infidelity uncovered on a mobile device.

On May 12, Florez stated that he witnessed signs of a dispute that day, and Combs gave him a bag of cash in exchange for ignoring it.

During questioning, Florez stated unequivocally that he understood Combs’ action as an attempt to bribe him.

In her initial remarks as defense counsel, Teny Geragos asserted that the prosecution was attempting to redefine consensual sexual activity as a form of sex trafficking; however, she expressed confidence that their efforts would prove futile.

“Sean Combs is a complicated man,” she said, “but this is not a complicated case.”

Geragos went on to clarify that the matter at hand pertains to Sean Combs’ intimate, personal relationships, which hold no connection to his legitimate business endeavors.

During the trial, she informed the court that her client exhibited aggressive behavior, used drugs, and had problems managing his anger. She emphasized that while it may seem like he is rude or unpleasant at times, he is not on trial for being disrespectful or unkind. Instead, he is being judged for the specific charges against him.

Geragos stated, “The proof presented will reveal an imperfect person, yet it won’t depict someone involved in racketeering, sex trafficking, or transporting for the purpose of prostitution.

Courtroom correspondents from NBC News reported that Prosecutor Emily Johnson alleged that Defendant Combs manipulated a wide-ranging team of employees for the purpose of executing unlawful activities, such as extended “freak offs,” a sequence of events outlined in the federal indictment.

Occasionally, he referred to himself as a king and demanded special treatment to fulfill all his whims,” she explained to the court. “He exploited his businesses to manipulate women, using male escorts to coerce them into sexual acts while he observed. He and his inner circle ensured that all his wishes were granted.

Johnson kicked off her case before the jury, painting Combs as an extraordinarily influential individual who orchestrated a criminal network.

Emphasizing a suspected crime, Johnson stated to the jury that Sean Combs, the founder of Bad Boys Record, was “pursuing” Cassie Ventura one evening when he discovered she was in a new romantic relationship. According to Johnson, Combs allegedly assaulted her severely by kicking her in the back and throwing her around recklessly after finding out about it.

She went on to say, “He menaced her, implying that if she disobeys him once more, he would expose videos of her engaging in intimate moments with male escorts – mementos of her most embarrassing nights.

The prosecutor alleged that Combs’ inner circle covered up “crime after crime.”

Judge Arun Subramanian expressed his belief to the jury that the ongoing trial may culminate by the Fourth of July. He expressed optimism that the trial would indeed finish by this date; however, he cautioned that it might extend beyond this timeline but he doesn’t anticipate it doing so excessively.

On his initial court date for the sex trafficking case on May 12, his mother, Janice Combs, and six of his oldest children were there to offer support.

Quincy Brown, Christian “King” Combs, Jessie Combs, D’Lila Combs (Kim Porter’s kids), Justin Combs (Misa Hylton’s son), and Chance Combs (Sarah Chapman’s daughter) – all of whom are his children from previous relationships – got to give their father a warm embrace before he met with his lawyers.

As part of the arrangement made between the prosecution and my legal team, we opted for a jury consisting of eight gentlemen and four ladies, with an additional pool of four male and two female alternates prepared for the trial in case any unforeseen circumstances arise.

Marc Agnifilo, representing Combs, contended that the prosecution appeared to be deliberately excluding possible Black jurors. He emphasized this could form a pattern and urged the judge to request explanations for these dismissals.

Nevertheless, prosecutor Maurene Ryan Comey refuted the allegations, stating, “We have acted impartially throughout the process. Our jury is multicultural, including several individuals from racial and ethnic minorities.

This group of 12 jurors hail from New York City or Westchester, and they are diverse in their professions. Among them is a 69-year-old male actor who also offers massages, a 31-year-old male investment analyst, a 51-year-old male scientist, a 30-year-old female deli clerk, a 42-year-old female nursing home aide, a 41-year-old male communications clerk at a correctional facility, a 68-year-old retired banker, another 68-year-old retiree from the telecommunications industry, a 43-year-old female physician assistant, a 39-year-old male social worker, a 67-year-old male logistics analyst, and a 74-year-old female treatment coordinator.
