GOG and Capcom have made available the PC versions of the original titles, ‘Dino Crisis‘ and its sequel ‘Dino Crisis 2’. These announcements were made by the two companies themselves. If you’re interested, a package that includes both games can be purchased as well.
These titles, free from Digital Rights Management (DRM), maintain their original integrity. They are enrolled in the GOG Preservation Program, offering enhanced user experiences, refined compatibility, and smooth operation on current and upcoming computer systems due to quality-of-life upgrades.

Capcom’s Dino Crisis has made a significant impact on the survival horror genre with its gripping ambiance and dinosaur-infused tension, solidifying its status as a timeless classic. The original game is now compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11, offering players Original, Arrange, and PC-exclusive Operation Wipe Out modes. Recent updates boast improved DirectX rendering, high-resolution support (up to 4K), compatibility with modern controllers, and fixes for bugs related to stability, transparency, and saving. Additionally, new features such as V-Sync, Gamma Correction, and Anti-Aliasing have been added, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
GOG has unveiled the debut of GOG Dreamlist, a development from the Community Wishlist, enabling users to cast their votes on the games they desire GOG to resurrect.
The GOG Dreamlist serves as a means for you to express, ‘This game was significant to me,’ and assists us in persuading publishers to re-release it.
