Appearing to draw inspiration directly from Ben Stiller’s classic comedy, Zoolander, the creators behind Disco Elysium’s intellectual property, ZA-UM, have come up with an unusually creative merchandise item: a plastic bag modeled after the in-game Frittte! garbage collection sack, which fetches tiny sums of money in the game. The $165 Eternal Carrier plastic bag, however, claims to delve into uncharted territories of late-stage capitalism.
Interestingly, despite being available for sale for several months, this item had remained so obscure that Rock Paper Shotgun only recently discovered its existence (thanks to PC Gamer). Now that mainstream sites have started featuring it, any cool factor it may have once possessed is essentially lost; we thought it was worth mentioning that such a truly hardcore (hardcore!) piece of Disco clothing is out there.
Are you a fan of the Eternal Carrier? Could it be the final touch for your Harrier Du Bois, Raphaël Ambrosius Costeau cosplay outfit? Share your stylish thoughts on this accessory in the comments section below.
